ANN ARBOR, MI, May 22, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jillian M. Czlapinski and Thomas Czlapinski have been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who, recognizing their distinguished careers and longstanding contributions to the fields of manufacturing process, human resources, mergers/acquisitions, and engineering leadership in their executive roles at C6 HR Solutions. As with all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, honorees are selected based on factors including professional accomplishments, leadership, visibility and prominence within their industry.

With more than four decades of experience in human resources, organizational transformation and manufacturing operations, Jillian currently serves as founder and chief executive officer of C6 HR Solutions, a founder-led consulting firm established in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to support manufacturing organizations through workforce, operational and organizational transformation initiatives. The company provides strategic HR consulting, engineering and process optimization, workforce planning, operational support, cost control initiatives and merger and acquisition advisory services for manufacturing and industrial organizations navigating periods of growth, transition and operational change.

C6 HR Solutions was built on the combined expertise of the Czlapinski family. While Jillian Czlapinski leads the organization's strategic human capital and operational consulting efforts, her husband, Thomas Czlapinski, plays a critical role in supporting clients through engineering, tooling and manufacturing-related initiatives. Their daughter, Haylie, also contributes administrative and HR support to the growing business.

Thomas Czlapinski brings decades of hands-on experience within the automotive and manufacturing sectors, including an extensive career with General Motors. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in tooling, manufacturing operations, engineering coordination, launch support and production processes within highly complex industrial environments. His operational background provides C6 HR Solutions with an extremely unique advantage by combining workforce strategy with practical manufacturing execution and engineering insight.

Through his technical expertise, Thomas supports clients with operational transition planning, tooling coordination, manufacturing process support and equipment-related initiatives tied to mergers, acquisitions, facility closures and production transfers. His ability to bridge engineering realities with workforce and operational planning has become a key differentiator for the firm within the automotive manufacturing sector.

Under Jillian's leadership, C6 HR Solutions has become a trusted strategic partner for Aludyne, where she currently directs complex divestiture and merger and acquisition initiatives on a full-time basis. In this role, she oversees facility closures, manages Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act communications, coordinates union relations, facilitates government agency communications and the oversees Human Resource function. Working within a lean transition team, she also manages workers' compensation matters and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cases while supporting broader operational wind-down activities.

Prior to founding C6 HR Solutions, Jillian served as a human resources business partner for Aludyne beginning in 2023, assisting in the support of global operations. During her tenure, she has played a critical leadership role in the sale of Aludyne's United States operations to Linamar Corporation, helping guide organizational integration efforts and strengthen workplace culture throughout the transition.

From 2016 to 2023, Ms. Czlapinski held the human resources business leadership role with Grede Holdings, LLC following its divestiture from American Axle & Manufacturing. Recruited directly by the company president, she led the organization's complete HR stand-up for the private equity-backed enterprise, overseeing benefits administration, payroll, internal communications and acquisition integration initiatives. Her leadership within the demanding foundry and casting environment further distinguished her ability to lead effectively in highly operational and traditionally male-dominated manufacturing settings.

Jillian also developed significant merger and acquisition expertise during her time with American Axle & Manufacturing after the company's acquisition of Metaldyne Performance Group. In this global role, she helped standardize and centralize HR operations while integrating HR information systems, finance and IT functions during a major organizational transformation involving approximately 12,500 employees worldwide. In recognition of her contributions, she received the company's Business Partner Award in 2018. Earlier in her career, Ms. Czlapinski served as a human resources manager with Faurecia, where she earned two Business Partner of the Year awards for exceptional operational performance. She was also selected to participate in Faurecia's prestigious global leadership program in France, an honor extended to only a handful of employees worldwide.

From 2006 to 2013, she advanced from human resources generalist to human resources manager at Johnson Controls in Monroe, Michigan. There, she managed comprehensive HR operations across manufacturing facilities, including labor relations, payroll administration, employee benefits and union negotiations, earning multiple recognitions for leadership and operational impact.

Throughout her career, Ms. Czlapinski has built a uniquely comprehensive understanding of manufacturing organizations by stepping into diverse operational leadership responsibilities during periods of transition and organizational change. Beyond traditional HR leadership, she has supported operations, safety, production and quality functions, providing firsthand experience across virtually every component required to operate a manufacturing business successfully. This broad operational perspective, combined with Thomas Czlapinski's engineering and tooling expertise, allows C6 HR Solutions to deliver practical, execution-focused solutions that integrate both workforce and operational strategy.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Czlapinski maintains active involvement with the Society for Human Resource Management, the Forbes Business Council, and the Gerson Lehrman Group Council, where she advises organizations on complex HR, operational, benefits and HRIS-related challenges.

She credits much of her work ethic and leadership philosophy to her family's working-class roots and to lessons learned from her grandfather, John B Fenech, who emigrated from Malta following World War II and spent four decades working on the Ford production line. His unwavering dedication to his family, strong work ethic and commitment to creating a better future profoundly shaped Jillian's upbringing and continues to influence her leadership philosophy, resilience and approach to business.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Czlapinski is a devoted wife and mother of four children — Dylan, Cody, Logan and Haylie — each pursuing unique professional paths, including two careers in aviation maintenance. She also enjoys supporting Haylie's national equestrian competitions at the World Equestrian Center in Wilmington, Ohio.

Travel remains one of Ms. Czlapinski's greatest personal passions, inspired in part by her grandparents' journey from Malta and her appreciation for exploring new cultures and global experiences.

Looking ahead, Jillian and Thomas plan to continue expanding C6 HR Solutions by combining strategic workforce leadership with engineering, tooling and manufacturing expertise to help automotive and industrial organizations improve operational performance, execute transitions effectively and strengthen long-term business sustainability. Together, they aim to build a consulting organization recognized for integrating people-focused strategies with practical manufacturing execution across every phase of organizational growth and transformation.
