In early 2014, he was a materials engineer in Lima, Ohio, where he contributed to quality assurance and materials tracking efforts before becoming an engineer II in the Greater Boston area, applying technical expertise to large-scale railway projects from 2014 to 2015.

Mr. Bartram's educational background included receiving a Bachelor of Science in civil/structural engineering with a minor in construction management from Drexel University and a master's degree in executive construction management from Purdue University in 2022.
