Ms. Esther has established herself as a leader across the aerospace, advisory and financial sectors through a career spanning government agencies, global organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. Since 2024, she has served as founder and president of TruVector, where she advises organizations navigating global, political and technological transformation, with particular emphasis on the evolving role of data and space-based infrastructure. Guided by the principle that clarity creates momentum, she works with leaders to navigate complexity with strategic focus and long-term perspective. Through the organization, she also leads TruVector Capital, which provides financial strategies designed to support long-term security and sustainability for businesses and families.
Ms. Esther began her career with National Aeronautics and Space Administration in 2008 as an aerospace engineer, contributing to major programs including the International Space Station, the Space Shuttle Program and the Space Launch System, all of which supported sustained human presence in space. During her tenure, she advanced through engineering, strategic management and policy-focused leadership roles. From 2023 to 2025, she served as a program executive supporting mission operations, including contributions to the recovery efforts of Voyager 1 to continue transmitting scientific data.
Prior to joining NASA, Ms. Esther worked with Lockheed Martin from 2003 to 2005 as a co-op supporting return-to-flight efforts following the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster. In 2015, she supported operations related to CERN and the AMS-02 mission aboard the International Space Station, contributing to initiatives focused on particle physics and astrophysics research.
In addition to her aerospace background, Ms. Esther has experience in finance, communications and operational leadership. She served as public relations and communications coordinator for the Space Generation Advisory Council, helping amplify the perspectives of emerging leaders within the global space community. Concurrently with her NASA career, she built a financial services agency affiliated with the Aegon organization. She later served as chief operating officer of a Charlotte-based insurance and employee benefits firm, where she led operational transformation initiatives that significantly improved organizational performance and revenue efficiency.
Ms. Esther earned a Master of Space Studies from International Space University in 2015 and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University in 2008. She attributes much of her success to values rooted in faith, excellence, character, integrity and service, as well as to the mentorship and collaborative relationships that have shaped her professional journey.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Esther remains active in philanthropic and community initiatives. She supports missionary and humanitarian efforts through organizations including Iris Global and World Vision. In her personal time, she enjoys travel, cultural exploration, camping and outdoor activities.
Ms. Esther's achievements have been recognized through numerous honors, including the Angel of Impact Award from Aunt Angie's House in 2025, the Outstanding Community Service Award from the State of Tennessee and multiple NASA achievement awards associated with the Space Shuttle, Voyager and Parker Solar Probe missions. She is also the recipient of NASA's 15-Year Service Award. She was also selected by Marquis Who's Who for prominent placement in the Eastern Edition of The Wall Street Journal.
Looking ahead, Ms. Esther plans to further expand her work supporting under-served communities, particularly women and children, while continuing to help organizations adapt and thrive amid evolving economic and technological environments.
