What began as an operational safeguard rapidly became one of the company's defining services.
Under Hoffmann's leadership, SMART Reviews has helped law firms identify significant inefficiencies in case acquisition while protecting millions in marketing spend tied to non-viable or fraudulent claims. The company's work has also contributed to broader industry scrutiny surrounding low-quality lead generation practices and accountability standards within litigation marketing.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Hoffmann is involved in community initiatives, including sponsorship of several youth programs.
