Prior to establishing her own companies, Ms. Hoff served as the director at Badger Bus from 2003 to 2020. In this capacity, she managed operations for one of Wisconsin's most prominent motor coach companies, overseeing both transportation logistics and the development of engaging tour programs. Her earlier experience includes five years as a tour planner at Travel America from 1998 to 2003, where she honed her skills in itinerary design and customer engagement.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hoff has earned recognition for her contributions to group travel and tourism.
