Over time, his responsibilities expanded to include collaborations with major cloud service providers and independent software vendors such as IBM and Oracle. A highlight of his tenure at Intel is his leadership in delivering Intel Gaudi artificial intelligence solutions to IBM—a project valued at nearly $200 million—which positioned one of his customers as the largest employer of Intel's artificial intelligence hardware. Before his work at Intel, Mr. Ratneshwaran led co-innovation solutions for the Americas at Tata Consultancy Services Limited from 2009 to 2017. There, he integrated startup innovations into Tata Consultancy Services' offerings for large enterprise clients. Among his most significant accomplishments was the development of automated warehousing solutions using artificial intelligence—specifically, implementing drone-based inventory checks to reconcile recorded and physical inventory within warehouses. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Ratneshwaran served as the service-oriented architecture and network solutions lead architect at Oracle. He worked on new product monetization strategies, including contributions to Coherence, which marked his early involvement in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Between 2004 and 2007, he was the lead telecom architect at Siemens Cooperative Research. Mr. Ratneshwaran began his professional journey at AT&T Bell Laboratories from 1998 to 2004, first as a research engineer and later as a telecom solutions architect.
