Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Marked by 12 years of progressive leadership roles and a commitment to compliance and quality care, Ms. Dalzon has distinguished herself as a leader in the post-acute care sector. As the co-founder and chief operating officer of AZBilling in Greenwich, Connecticut, since 2021, she continues to demonstrate her expertise in revenue cycle management for home care, home health and hospice, overseeing large-scale projects for clients and managing settlements with payers. Her responsibilities include organizing and coordinating staff, collaborating with clients to help them find appropriate rates and contributing to business growth across 20 U.S. states.

Prior to focusing solely on her endeavors at AZBilling, Ms. Dalzon served as chief compliance officer of Principle Home Care from 2015 to 2022. During this period, she was responsible for ensuring adherence to federal, state and industry regulations and fostering a culture of ethical practice within the organization. She also held the roles of chief compliance officer and administrator at Mrs. G's Services, a New York-based home care agency where she further honed her skills in compliance management and administrative oversight.

She began her professional journey as an interpreter for the law enforcement agency Guardia di Finanza from 2008 to 2012, during which she developed strong linguistic proficiency and honed her understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Dalzon has contributed to various industry organizations and associations throughout her career. She is an active member of Women Business Leaders and has held leadership positions within the Home Care Providers Association in Hudson Valley, New York, serving as president from 2021 to 2022 and secretary from 2019 to 2021. She also maintains affiliations with the Health Care Compliance Association, the Home Care & Hospice Association of New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Homecare Association, the Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina and the Michigan HomeCare & Hospice Association.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Dalzon earned a master's degree in criminal justice from Post Campus at Long Island University in 2015 after obtaining a bachelor's degree in criminology at Alma Mater Università di Bologna in Italy in 2012. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, she continues to expand her expertise in compliance, operations and post-acute care leadership.

Reflecting on her journey to date, Ms. Dalzon attributes much of her success to hard work as well as the supportive community that has surrounded her throughout every stage of her career. She is also grateful to have had influential mentors within the home care and hospice field who guided her involvement with key associations and connected her with professionals who shaped her trajectory.

In recognition of her outstanding leadership and impact on the home care industry, Ms. Dalzon was presented with the Future Leaders Award from Home Health Care News, part of the WTWH Healthcare Network, in 2026.

Happily married to her spouse Volter and a proud mother of two children, Ari and Zoe, Ms. Dalzon enjoys attending Zumba classes, hiking, going to the gym and spending quality time with her family outside of work.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Dalzon intends to deepen her engagement in the healthcare sector by joining additional association boards while expanding her impact across multiple states.
