Prior to founding TMcClain Services LLC, Mr. McClain worked with ADESA, a corporate vehicle auction company, for two years. In his role as coordinator, he ensured that nine dealers had their vehicles inspected by mechanics, detailed and prepared for sale on the auction line. This position required strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards for vehicle presentation.

Before joining ADESA, Mr. McClain served as an assistant manager at Reynolds & Reynolds, a janitorial company. In this capacity, he oversaw janitorial services at 10 or 11 schools within the Davidson County school system. His duties included ensuring that all supplies were stocked at the schools, managing employee attendance records, including clock-in and clock-out procedures, and handling requests for time off or vacation. He communicated regularly with principals and administrative staff about issues that arose in the schools and managed summer cleanup projects, such as stripping and waxing floors to prepare them for the upcoming school year.

Earlier in his career, Mr. McClain served as a claims examiner II for the State of Tennessee for one and a half years. In this role, he assisted individuals applying for disability benefits by gathering necessary records to determine eligibility for each case. He contacted various offices to request documentation and compiled information for evaluating disability claims. In certain cases, he sent documentation to applicants' primary care physicians for further evaluation.

Mr. McClain's professional journey began with a notable nine-and-a-half-year tenure as a professional baseball player. Playing primarily as an outfielder and first baseman, he competed for several teams in Texas, California and Maryland. His athletic career also took him to Canada and Italy, where he gained valuable experience through extensive travel. This period instilled in him discipline, perseverance and an ability to connect with fans—qualities that have greatly influenced his approach to business.

His academic background includes earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville in 2003. Mr. McClain credits his educational foundation with equipping him with essential business knowledge that has supported his entrepreneurial endeavors. He attributes much of his success to his personality and work ethic—traits shaped by both his upbringing and experiences as a professional athlete.
