Also gaining valuable experience in the automotive sector, Ms. Beene held the position of human resources manager at ELead1One (now CDK Global) in Niceville, Florida, where she was pivotal in shaping the company's HR framework and policies. Concurrently, from 2016 to 2018, she served in a technologically centered HR role at HJHJ Internet Services in Destin, Florida, further honing her skills in talent management and organizational development.

From 2015 to 2016, Ms. Beene worked as a senior talent supervisor at Kelly Services, a staffing and recruitment leader based in Troy, Michigan. Her responsibilities during this time included overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring the alignment of talent acquisition strategies with the needs of clients.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Beene achieved significant milestones at Regions Bank in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she was assistant vice president of human resources from 2007 to 2015. Notably, she developed comprehensive training programs that were adopted across the entire corporation — a testament to her capability in designing impactful employee development initiatives that contribute to long-term success.

Ms. Beene began her professional journey as a human resources generalist at Colonial Bank in Orlando, Florida, and Birmingham, Alabama, from 2004 to 2007. This foundational experience provided her with broad exposure to various aspects of human resource management as she provided vital support for three different city presidents.

Hailing from an equally impressive academic background, Ms. Beene earned a Master of Business Administration in human resources management and services from Troy University in 2011, graduating summa cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, awarded in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Alabama, conferred in 1982. During her studies at North Alabama, she received the highest grade in business administration as well as the highest honor in human resources.

Reflecting on her storied journey to date, Ms. Beene attributes much of her success to the lessons she learned while growing up in a business owned by her father as a pharmacist in Columbia, TN. This upbringing instilled in her a strong work ethic characterized by long hours and unwavering dedication — qualities that have defined her approach throughout her career. Her persistence and determination have enabled her to develop multiple HR departments from inception, providing her with diverse experiences that have fueled her continued advancement.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Beene has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to community service. She has volunteered with Ronald McDonald House and the Arthritis Foundation of Alabama, and coordinated clothing donations for a women's shelter in Fort Walton Beach, underscoring her dedication to supporting those in need. Although her charitable involvement has lessened since joining Kent Outdoors due to her increased professional responsibilities, she remains actively engaged with community organizations.

Ms. Beene is also an active member of the Mardi Gras Women's Club, a group through which she has cultivated lasting friendships and participated in numerous social activities and travel experiences.

On a personal level, Ms. Beene is the proud mother of two adult daughters: Taylor Mills and Haley-Thomas Prios. While she does not have grandchildren, she enjoys spending time with her granddogs, traveling and socializing with her close circle of friends.
