BOULDER, CO, June 10, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Alyssa Anne Sholette has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Sholette has distinguished herself as a dynamic leader and visionary within Colorado's alumni, community engagement and relationship-building landscape. Since 2026, she has served as president of Boulder All-Ivy Plus, where she provides volunteer leadership, establishes and shapes the organization's strategic vision, and cultivates collaborative relationships across Colorado's Ivy League and peer alumni communities, creating meaningful opportunities for connection and belonging while supporting the organization's continued growth through authentic community engagement. After previously passing the leadership baton following the organization's successful growth, Ms. Sholette relaunched Boulder All-Ivy Plus in April 2026 after a subsequent period of dormancy, drawing approximately 50 attendees from across the Front Range — including Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins — with only one week of promotion and reflecting strong ongoing community engagement and enthusiasm.

Her expertise in strategic leadership, community building, meaningful relationship-building and organizational growth continues to inform future expansion efforts, including active discussions surrounding expanded alumni and community engagement initiatives in Colorado Springs.

In 2025, Ms. Sholette also assumed the role of president of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Club in Colorado. Since 2023, Ms. Sholette has served as president emeritus and strategic advisor to the board for the Penn Alumni Club of Colorado.

Before her current roles, Ms. Sholette was the executive director and re-founder of the Boulder All-Ivy Plus Networking Association from 2017 to 2023. She revived the organization after it had become dormant with zero members, transforming it into a thriving network. Through perseverance and by cultivating relationships with leadership across Ivy League alumni communities in Colorado, she built professional relationships and extended invitations to events. Her efforts resulted in membership growth from zero to approximately 500 within three years before the COVID-19 pandemic. This achievement stands as her most significant accomplishment, driven by word-of-mouth outreach and support from other alumni clubs that promoted gatherings and contributed to the organization's expansion. Ms. Sholette's gatherings have attracted attendees from across the Front Range, including Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins and Colorado Springs, reflecting the organization's broad regional engagement and community enthusiasm.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ms. Sholette successfully transformed alumni engagement from in-person programming into dynamic virtual experiences, expanding participation opportunities from regional gatherings to broader global communities. Intentionally focused on uplifting and growth-oriented programming during a period of widespread uncertainty and isolation, she curated and promoted virtual series and positive psychology-centered offerings across Penn alumni communities globally, fostering meaningful connection and personal growth.

Ms. Sholette served as secretary for the Penn Alumni Club of Colorado from 2021 to 2022, supporting administrative functions and communications during a period of organizational growth. Ms. Sholette previously held the position of president for the same club from 2018 to 2021, where she led initiatives to strengthen alumni engagement statewide while expanding programming and engagement opportunities from Colorado-based gatherings to broader virtual and global offerings.

During the same period between 2017 and 2020, Ms. Sholette was director of communications for the Penn Alumni Club of Colorado, overseeing outreach efforts that enhanced visibility and participation among graduates. Additionally, from 2017 to 2019, she was director of alumnae engagement for Colorado Ivy+Women.

Ms. Sholette's commitment extends beyond these roles through active involvement with several industry-related organizations. Ms. Sholette has maintained her affiliation with the Junior League since becoming a member in 1998, initially through The Junior League of Philadelphia and continuing since 2000 with Junior League of Palo Alto–Mid Peninsula, where she remains a sustainer in continued support of the organization and its longstanding community values. Ms. Sholette also remains connected through select virtual AJLI educational offerings and initiatives. Throughout her leadership journey, Ms. Sholette has been entrusted with a range of community-building and alumni leadership roles reflecting her longstanding commitment to meaningful engagement, positive impact and organizational growth.

Academically, Ms. Sholette's background has played a foundational role in her achievements. She earned a Master of Social Work in clinical medical social work from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia in 1999. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from The State University of New York at Potsdam, completed in 1993. Her educational journey is characterized by resilience, perseverance and dedication, qualities she credits for her strong work ethic and leadership philosophy centered on empowerment, meaningful connection and lasting positive effect.

Outside her professional endeavors, Ms. Sholette enjoys nature, travel, lifelong learning and personal growth. She remains committed to meaningful human connection, self-awareness, holistic well-being and creating maximum positive effect through leadership, community engagement and continued personal evolution.

As a mother to one child, Ms. Sholette draws inspiration from her life experiences—including a grounded upbringing rooted in service, education and perseverance—and remains focused on creating lasting positive effect through leadership, meaningful connection and community engagement. Viewing herself as a global citizen shaped by extensive travel, motherhood and study abroad experiences earlier in life — including serving as president of the Overseas Society at the University of Lancashire in England — she continues to pursue purposeful change through personal evolution rather than following conventional professional paths.

Ms. Sholette aspires to inspire others through her personal and professional journey while connecting with individuals who share her commitment to creating lasting positive effect. As she enters a new chapter of leadership, community engagement and continued personal evolution, she remains open to new opportunities, collaborations and experiences that align with her guiding philosophy of creating maximum positive effect through meaningful contribution, expanded global connection, and the ways people experience themselves, one another and the world around them.
