As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Johnson has distinguished herself as a small business owner and finance professional, demonstrating expertise in both entrepreneurship and educational administration. In September 2025, she founded Cowboy This LLC, a western boutique and custom print shop in Decatur, Texas. The store currently operates every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., where Ms. Johnson designs and creates custom items such as shirts, tumblers and trucker hats. She manages both storefront and online sales, meets with clients for order pickups and oversees all aspects of the business. Notably, she opened Cowboy This debt-free, an achievement that stands as a testament to her financial acumen and careful planning.

Ms. Johnson's passion for fashion began in childhood, inspired by frilly dresses adorned with bows and bells and a love for shoes. As a teenager, she served on fashion advisory boards for two shopping malls, gaining early exposure to the industry and developing a keen sense of style that continues to influence her work today. She remains committed to staying current with trends and sharing her knowledge with others.

Concurrent with this position, Ms. Johnson has built a distinguished career in the Keller Independent School District over the past 24 years, reflecting long-term dedication to educational administration and financial operations. Since 2013, she has served as financial payment applications coordinator, where she oversees point-of-sale systems, manages credit card transactions and bank reconciliations and trains new finance staff in purchasing protocols and budget coding. Her innovative thinking and strong work ethic have led to the successful implementation of numerous programs and procedures within the district. Colleagues frequently invite her to collaborate on projects due to her reputation for excellence, resulting in several rapid promotions throughout her tenure.

Previously, from 2010 to 2013, Ms. Johnson was the bookkeeper at Keller High School, handling financial records and supporting school operations. She served as registrar at the same school from 2006 to 2010 after working one year as purchasing secretary for the district. Her career with Keller Independent School District began at Fossil Ridge High School as a data clerk from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Ms. Johnson is dedicated to education through providing training for business and marketing classes at the high school level. She guides students on how to operate their school stores at least twice each year, visiting four to five campuses annually to share her expertise in retail management.

Ms. Johnson is recognized for her proficiency in designing custom merchandise, understanding style trends and managing complex financial systems. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in her memberships with the Texas Association of School Business Officials and the Decatur Chamber of Commerce.

In her own academic background, Ms. Johnson completed coursework at Tarrant County College following graduation with a diploma from Keller High School in 1987. Overall, she credits her success to a strong work ethic instilled by her father, perseverance in the face of challenges and a willingness to seek advice from peers when needed. She values collaboration as a means of achieving better outcomes and continually sets clear goals for herself.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Johnson is actively involved in civic organizations. She supports and volunteers with the Cowboy Youth Bull Riders Association and contributes her time to 8 Seconds to Glory at Wise County Cowboy Church. Additionally, she is a member of Crafton Baptist Church.

In her personal life, Ms. Johnson enjoys riding horses, spending time on the ranch, visiting rivers, lakes and beaches and cherishing moments with her family and friends. Looking ahead, she aims to promote Cowboy This further with the goal of generating profits that will fund a scholarship program for the Cowboy Youth Bull Riders Association. Her motivation in business is to bring joy to others, foster self-confidence and contribute positively to her community. In a world where individuals often face pressure to meet certain standards, she strives to create a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and cared for. Her goal is for all who enter her establishment to feel accepted and to leave in a better state than when they arrived.
