Ms. Rath's career in commercial banking spans more than 15 years, including an 11-year tenure at Huntington National Bank in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from 2008 to 2019. She began as a vice president specializing in treasury management sales before advancing to a relationship manager role focused on the nonprofit sector, higher education, and public finance investments. Her work at Huntington National Bank was marked by her ability to bridge investment knowledge with banking solutions for clients.

Prior to her time at Huntington National Bank, Ms. Rath worked in real estate marketing at Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC from 2003 to 2009. She previously held the role of vice president and product manager at The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., in Pittsburgh, from 1999 to 2003, where she managed sweep products within treasury management and continued her involvement with mutual funds and money market funds.

From 1991 to 1998, Ms. Rath served as assistant vice president and project manager at Federated Investors—now Federated Hermes—in Pittsburgh. There, she collaborated with trust departments and banks, launching mutual funds and contributing to mergers and acquisitions projects. Her earlier experience includes two years at Smith Barney—now Morgan Stanley—where she obtained her Series 7 license and developed foundational investment skills.
She began her professional journey as an investment assistant in the trust department for Central Carolina Bank after completing college.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rath has demonstrated adaptability by transitioning between investments and banking, and by shifting from project and product management roles to sales-focused positions. Her expertise is further reflected through active memberships in two local realtor associations and the Rotary Club.

Ms. Rath's academic background includes earning a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. This foundation has been instrumental throughout her career, equipping her with analytical skills essential for navigating complex financial environments.

Her professional credentials are extensive: she holds the certified treasury professional designation from the Association for Financial Professionals (2010 to 2027), community association manager certification from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (2022), real estate sales certification from the same department (2018 to 2022), project management foundations certification from LinkedIn Corporation (2021), real estate licenses in both Pennsylvania and Florida, a CAM license as well as Series 7, Series 63 and Series 52 certifications from FINRA.

She previously served on the executive board of the Spina Bifida Association of Western Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2012.

Born in Jamestown, Ms. Rath enjoys playing tennis and paddleboarding during her personal time.
