In 1998, he founded MBA for a Day, further demonstrating his commitment to education and mentorship within the business community. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Keene operated Keene Construction Inc., where he continued to build his reputation for excellence in residential construction.

Prior to his focus on construction, Mr. Keene served as a national sales manager at Travelex International Limited from 2003 to 2006, gaining valuable experience in the banking sector while working in London. His corporate career began at AT&T from 1993 to 2003, where he held roles in strategic planning, product management, marketing management and sales management. He previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in business administration and psychology from William Paterson University in New Jersey in 1989.

Education has been instrumental to Mr. Keene's success; his studies at Rutgers sharpened his analytical skills — particularly through sophisticated mathematical coursework such as Deterministic Optimization Modeling — and provided him with a strong foundation in finance and mathematics.
