ALHAMBRA, CA, June 24, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Miao Jin, Esq., has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Jin is an associate attorney with Becker Law Group, where she has practiced since 2022. Her work focuses on plaintiff-side litigation, including mass torts, sexual abuse litigation, personal injury matters, and complex civil cases. She is particularly known for serving members of the Chinese and immigrant communities, using her bilingual abilities and multicultural background to help underserved clients navigate complex legal challenges and pursue justice.
One of the most significant accomplishments of Ms. Jin's career has been her role in litigation involving survivors of abuse in Los Angeles County juvenile detention facilities. As part of a collaborative team of attorneys, she contributed to efforts that resulted in a historic $4 billion settlement on behalf of more than 1,000 survivors. She has also been involved in related litigation throughout California, including matters in Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Mateo counties. In addition, she is actively engaged in mass tort litigation involving environmental and public health issues, including the ongoing Chiquita Canyon Landfill litigation.
Prior to joining Becker Law Group, Ms. Jin operated her own law practice before deciding to close it in order to balance family responsibilities and continued professional growth. She previously practiced at Global Law Group in South Pasadena and other law firms, where she developed experience in immigration law, civil litigation, and client advocacy. Her legal career began at Pro Management Consulting in San Gabriel, where she worked as a receptionist and legal assistant.
Ms. Jin is admitted to practice law in California and New York and is also authorized to practice law in China. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
A first-generation immigrant, Ms. Jin's journey reflects determination, perseverance, and a commitment to serving others. Ms. Jin attributes much of her personal and professional growth to her Christian faith. After accepting Jesus Christ in 2020, she experienced a renewed sense of purpose and direction that has influenced both her legal practice and her approach to serving others. She views her work as an opportunity to advocate for those facing difficult circumstances and to extend love, compassion, and hope to individuals in need.
Her faith has shaped her commitment to family, community service, and personal integrity. She believes that the values of humility, perseverance, and service are essential both in the legal profession and in everyday life. These principles continue to guide her interactions with clients, colleagues, and members of her community.
Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Jin is actively involved in the First Evangelical Church of San Gabriel Valley, where she serves in various ministries and outreach efforts. She is passionate about sharing her faith, encouraging others, and supporting families through life's challenges. She believes that faith can provide strength, resilience, and hope during periods of uncertainty and adversity.
Ms. Jin is also committed to serving the broader community through volunteer work and legal advocacy. She has supported organizations such as Human Rights First, Neighborhood Legal Services, and the Loyola Immigrant Justice Clinic, assisting immigrants and underserved individuals in accessing legal resources and opportunities.
In her personal life, Ms. Jin and her husband are raising two children and are dedicated to nurturing them in the Christian faith, building strong character and values, and providing them with educational opportunities that will prepare them to serve others and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Looking ahead, Ms. Jin plans to continue expanding her litigation practice while increasing her involvement in professional associations, nonprofit organizations, and community leadership initiatives. Through both her legal work and her faith-driven commitment to service, she hopes to make a lasting and meaningful impact on the lives of those she serves.
