Prior to AgileOne, Ms. Geary held several progressive leadership roles at Guidant Global from 2014 to 2024. As Program Manager, Client Relations Management, she co-led a nationwide remote team through the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic. Under this shared leadership model, the team earned Guidant Global's Team of the Year recognition at the 2022 Performance Summit, an achievement Ms. Geary regards as a defining moment in her career. Earlier roles at Guidant Global included Program Operations Manager and Service Delivery Consultant, where she strengthened operational frameworks, optimized supplier performance, and supported large-scale workforce programs.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Geary served as Director of Career Services at ITT Technical Institute, guiding students through career development and employer engagement. She also worked at InfoEd Global as an Application Analyst and S2S Lead, where she ensured the timely and accurate submission of federal grant applications through Grants.gov, achieving a 100% submission success rate.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Geary remains active in industry and community initiatives. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, and was a mentor in the Impellam IMWomxn IMMentoring Program. She also participates in community events such as Morning of Kindness, reflecting her belief in service both inside and outside the workplace.

Ms. Geary studied business administration and management at Jefferson Community College in Watertown. She credits her daughter as her greatest motivation and acknowledges the enduring influence of her late husband Nicholas, her supportive in-laws and parents, and her three sisters.
