She is currently assisting a facility in Charlottesville, Virginia, with unique operational challenges and mentoring a new director of nursing to ensure adherence to company standards.
In addition to her primary role at CommuniCare, Ms. Seiler has concurrently contributed as a registered nurse with Clinical Care Consulting since 2022. Her expertise is also informed by her tenure as nursing coordinator at Sheltering Arms Institute in Midlothian, Virginia, from 2016 to 2017, where she coordinated patient care and supported clinical operations. From 2015 to 2016, she served as assistant director of nursing at Autumn Care Nursing and Rehab, further honing her administrative and leadership skills.

She delivered this course multiple times annually while managing full-time responsibilities at the Richmond facility. Prior to her time at HealthSouth, Ms. Seiler worked in hospice care for six months and served as assistant director of nursing at one of Saber's facilities for two years. Her academic pursuits have broadened her perspective on patient care while reinforcing the value she places on both associate- and bachelor-level education.

At the same time, her mother encouraged academic advancement and skill development. Their unwavering support motivated Ms. Seiler to excel professionally and personally. Additionally, she credits her husband's encouragement throughout her career journey.
Ms. Seiler was drawn to rehabilitation, home health and hospice care through the mentorship of an admired nurse manager who introduced her to the transformative impact of physical medicine rehabilitation. Inspired by family experiences with elder care, she found fulfillment in helping patients recover and return home—a mission that continues to drive her work today.
Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. Seiler is actively engaged in civic service and community organizations. She volunteers with her local church and has served as a first-aid instructor and health officer for Boy Scouts of America trips.
