Before joining Infinity Global Xpress, Mr. Boyd spent a decade from 2015 to 2025 in operations at Total Transportation Services in Tacoma. In this role, he managed daily operations and played a supporting role in optimizing logistics processes for the organization's operations. Mr. Boyd's participation contributed to enhanced efficiency and service delivery within the company.

Before his tenure at Total Transportation Services, Mr. Boyd dedicated over three years in operations and brokerage at TRIPAK. During this period, he honed his skills in managing complex transportation networks and addressing the unique challenges faced by clients in various industries.

Before that Mr. Boyd worked for American Fast Freight in the domestic offshore markets of Alaska and Hawaii. Over his 27-year tenure he worked his way through the ranks from Warehouse to driver to Terminal Manager to VP of Operations.

Mr. Boyd's educational background includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University in 2016. This academic achievement provided him with a strong foundation in business principles that have supported his success in operational leadership roles. Mr. Boyd's professional journey is also distinguished by his active involvement in industry organizations. He is a member of the Agriculture Transportation Coalition, the Transportation Club of Tacoma and the NWSA.

A hallmark of Mr. Boyd's career has been his ability to develop tailored programs for large customers, customizing solutions to meet their specific needs in handling bulk products. Among his most significant achievements was collaborating with a gold mine to equip its facility for the safe and efficient acceptance and unloading of products, a testament to his commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Attributing much of his professional growth to the extensive knowledge he gained during 27 years spent working in Alaska's transportation sector, the unique demands of Alaska's small market required Mr. Boyd to become a generalist, managing everything from flat steel to ice cream. This set him apart as an adaptable leader capable of overseeing a wide range of products and services.
