Between 2019 and 2021, Mr. Srinivasan served as Senior Finance Manager for the Global MICT franchise at GE HealthCare, managing a $4+ billion portfolio. From 2016 to 2019, he was Finance Manager for the Anesthesia and Respiratory Care franchise at GE HealthCare, overseeing financial planning for a $600 million business segment. During this period, Mr. Srinivasan demonstrated expertise in capital allocation, product level return-on-investment analysis while driving region focused topline growth and variable cost productivity leading to margin growth as well.

From 2013 to 2016, he served as a Commercial Finance Manager, managing financial operations for USCAN businesses valued at $500 million. He played a pivotal role in driving commercial strategy through robust financial planning and analysis.

From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Srinivasan served as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a $5+ billion Global Services business within GE HealthCare. He led teams responsible for budgeting, forecasting and performance management across multiple regions.

His tenure at GE HealthCare began in 2003 as a finance analyst working across several divisions until 2009. In this foundational role, he focused on supply chain optimization and financial planning initiatives that contributed to organizational efficiency.

Before joining GE HealthCare, Mr. Srinivasan worked as a financial analyst at IBM Global Services from 2001 to late 2002, gaining experience in enterprise resource planning systems and operational finance.

He launched his professional journey as an audit associate with Deloitte from 1999 to 2001, developing core competencies in accounting, reporting and treasury management.

Throughout his career at GE HealthCare, Mr. Srinivasan has achieved several notable milestones. In 2015, he led the financial due diligence and structuring for the company's first outcome-based deal in the United States—an $85 million, seven-year agreement with a major hospital system in Pennsylvania. Another significant accomplishment involved executing a portfolio optimization strategy under tight deadlines; his efforts generated approximately $65 million in cash and $37 million in operating profit gains despite challenges from private equity firms and auditors. These experiences underscored his commitment to diligence, teamwork and strategic decision-making under pressure.

Mr. Srinivasan is recognized as an expert in strategic business partnership, enterprise resource planning; financial planning and analysis; accounting and reporting; treasury and cash management; business intelligence and analytics; productivity tools; digital revenue management; capital allocation; innovation investments; enterprise strategy; leadership; mergers and acquisitions due diligence; operational finance; margin expansion; staff mentorship; capital allocation; and return on investment analysis.
