Throughout his career with Pollo Campero and Campero USA, he has been recognized for his ability to transform organizations, align teams, strengthen financial performance and lead sustainable growth.

Since relocating to the United States from Guatemala, Mr. Rodas has played a pivotal role in transforming Campero USA's business. He helped lead the company through a significant turnaround, including closing underperforming locations, acquiring and improving underdeveloped markets, strengthening franchise operations and building high-performing teams. These efforts helped Campero USA reach break-even performance in 2018, profitability and positive cash flow by 2019, and positioned the brand for long-term expansion.

Under his leadership, Campero USA expanded from approximately 70 restaurants to more than 150 locations through a significant investment initiative by the CMI shareholders, the parent company from Guatemala. He also led major operational and strategic improvements, including stronger shareholder engagement, improved guest satisfaction, faster drive-thru service, new product innovation, catering and delivery expansion, digital growth, and disciplined investment management.

Mr. Rodas is especially proud of the collective effort of his teams, including the company's record performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. He credits much of his success to disciplined execution, clear communication, team development and a leadership philosophy rooted in trust, accountability and purpose.

Prior to his U.S. leadership roles, Mr. Rodas held several senior positions with Pollo Campero in Guatemala, including vice president of finance, financial director, business intelligence manager, brand manager and marketing services manager. These roles gave him a broad foundation across financial strategy, marketing, analytics, operations and organizational leadership.

Mr. Rodas earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala City in 2001 and his BA from the same university in 1998. He also earned a baccalaureate in sciences and letters from Instituto Austriaco Guatemalteco in 1994.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Rodas is committed to civic engagement and philanthropy. He has supported St. Jude Catholic Parish in Allen, Texas, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Compassion, alongside his wife, Maria Jose. He is also a proud father of two daughters, Sofia and Emilia.

Looking ahead, Mr. Rodas intends to leverage his experience by serving on boards of directors and partnering with private equity firms focused on acquiring, transforming and growing businesses.
