Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Murnane began his career at Nearman & Lents, P.A., where he worked from 1987 to 1996. There, he specialized in providing accounting services to banks and credit unions, laying the groundwork for his lifelong focus on this sector.

Throughout his career, Murnane has demonstrated exceptional expertise in accounting and consulting for financial institutions, particularly credit unions, and is widely regarded as an authority in this field. He is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Murnane's academic background includes dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, earned in 1987. His education provided him with a strong foundation in both disciplines, which he equally enjoys, and has enabled him to work extensively across both areas throughout his career.

He attributes his professional success primarily to a disciplined focus on delivering exceptional client service. Born in Mount Prospect, Illinois, Murnane relocated from the Chicago area to attend the University of Miami, drawn by both academic opportunities and the chance to play on the university's golf team. Sports remain an important part of his life; he continues to play golf frequently and has been a season ticket holder for the Florida Panthers hockey team since their inception in 1993. He remains passionate about athletics coaching in various sports, including coaching his two son's baseball teams from youth to high school.

In his personal life, Mr. Murnane values family above all else, considering marriage and raising children among his proudest achievements, alongside his rise to a leadership position in his profession. He has been married for 26 years and has two boys, ages 23 and 20.

Looking ahead, Murnane intends to leverage his extensive business network, golfing experience and fundraising knowledge gained through client tournaments to support charitable foundations more actively following retirement from full-time practice management responsibilities. Additionally, he hopes to return to coaching youth baseball, pursue golf coaching or teach accounting to high school and college students.
