Before her promotion and transfer to Las Vegas, Ms. Ewing held several other roles at Foster LLC in Connecticut over a period of over five years. She began her tenure with the company as an extruder operator, where she gained hands-on experience running various types of extruders in an entry-level position. Demonstrating initiative and a commitment to professional growth, Ms. Ewing advanced to senior operator, assisting the lead operator and expanding her operational knowledge.

When her supervisor took a leave of absence due to illness, Ms. Ewing was entrusted with the supervisor role, successfully managing operations during his absence. After her supervisor's return, she sought further experience by transferring to another facility across the street, where she oversaw operations and broadened her understanding of the business. Upon returning to her original building following her supervisor's retirement, Ms. Ewing resumed the supervisor position before ultimately being promoted to production manager.

Before joining Foster LLC, Ms. Ewing spent over 15 years with US Button Corporation (now Emsig), where she began her career in the production of shirt buttons. This foundational experience provided her with comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and set the stage for her subsequent achievements in plastics extrusion and production management.

Ms. Ewing's educational background includes earning a high school diploma. She has also completed college-level and management-level coursework while employed at Foster LLC, which has contributed significantly to her professional development and ability to take on increasing responsibilities within the organization. A notable milestone in Ms. Ewing's career has been her attainment of the Lean Six Sigma green belt certification. This accomplishment enabled her to complete a critical project that shaped operational practices at Foster LLC's east location and provided valuable insights as she transitioned to oversee operations in Las Vegas. She is currently pursuing her black belt certification, which she views as an important step toward further supporting company objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Ewing has demonstrated civic engagement through volunteer work and charitable donations to food banks and various other charities. Her contributions reflect a commitment to supporting community initiatives beyond her workplace.
