Ms. Lazaridou's professional journey began as a technical-functional engineer and finance transformation architect specializing in multi-site system conception, deployments and cross-functional integration. Since 2011, she has led global finance transformation programs across multiple industries and countries — overseeing ERP module deployments, system integration, budgets, project scope, governance structures and delivery timelines — before founding InsidersPMO to redefine the traditional transformation model and return ownership to internal teams.

Her academic foundation includes an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) credential — an internationally recognized standard in finance and accounting, earned in Greece — as well as a Master of Business Administration.
