ORLAND, CA, July 09, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tami Forster has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Forster's professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to advocacy, resilience and service. In 2026, she established The Legal System Warrior in California, where she serves as a resilience mindset coach and financial consultant. This milestone represents her most notable achievement, as it allowed her to channel her personal experiences into empowering others facing high-stress legal situations.

Through The Legal System Warrior, Ms. Forster provides coaching focused on mindset resilience, helping clients reframe their perspectives and navigate adversity with clarity and confidence. Her approach has yielded tangible results, such as assisting a client in avoiding eviction by fostering proactive problem-solving and emotional stability.

In addition to her coaching practice, Ms. Forster offers financial consulting services that include a five-minute financial assessment designed to help clients identify opportunities for savings and wealth-building during challenging times. Her bilingual proficiency in Spanish enables her to extend these services to a broader community.

Prior to founding The Legal System Warrior, Ms. Forster worked as a quality assurance technician at Pulmuone Foods USA Inc. in 2013. In this capacity, she was responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards, further developing her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. From 2009 to 2013, Ms. Forster contributed her skills in operations at Golden Specialty Foods, which provided her with valuable insights into business management.

Beyond her roles in the corporate sector, Ms. Forster spent five years as the lead singer of a cover band in Southern California, demonstrating her versatility and passion for music. She has also established herself as a public speaker, sharing her story and expertise at various events and podcasts to inspire others.

In addition to her professional titles, Ms. Forster is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including Soul Aligned, the WOW Network and the National Organization for Women. These affiliations reflect her dedication to personal growth, professional development and advocacy for women's empowerment.

Ms. Forster's educational background is extensive and multidisciplinary. She earned a Bachelor of Science in health and wellness from Kaplan University in 2011, which provided her with foundational knowledge in holistic well-being that informs her coaching practice today. In 1994, she completed a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies at California State University, Chico, equipping her with critical-thinking skills and a broad academic perspective. Additionally, she holds a bachelor's degree in education.

Complementing her formal education, Ms. Forster has pursued numerous certifications to enhance her ability to serve others effectively. She obtained a Master of Coaching from Wild Success Coaching in 2026 and a breathwork coaching certificate from WILD Success in 2025. She also holds a public speaking certification from Forbes Riley, is certified as a first aid /CPR instructor, and is licensed as a life insurance representative by the State of California.

Ms. Forster's decision to enter this profession was shaped by personal adversity — having endured over 100 hearings in family court within less than a decade, she experienced firsthand the lack of advocacy available for individuals navigating complex legal systems. During this period, she lost homes, vehicles and her sons for eight months before successfully reuniting with them through perseverance and self-advocacy. These challenges inspired Ms. Forster to educate herself about the legal system so she could support others facing similar circumstances without becoming overwhelmed by emotion or uncertainty.

Drawing on entrepreneurial lessons learned from her father's work in the auto wrecking and metal salvage industry, Ms. Forster was motivated not only to work for others but also to establish her own business dedicated to meaningful service.

Civic engagement has been central throughout Ms. Forster's life. She volunteered for five years with the search-and-rescue organization in Butte County and served as an American Red Cross CPR and first aid instructor for ten years. In 1999, she participated in the California AIDS Ride fundraising event for HIV/AIDS awareness and support. Her volunteer efforts also extend to various churches, where she has contributed time and resources.

Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Forster's achievements have been recognized through several awards. These include being named one of the Top 50 Voices of Influence in 2026 and receiving the Heartfelt Hero Award from Forbes Riley in 2025.

Ms. Forster's creative projects include co-hosting Double Impact Live on Zoom, a show that features guests who share their journeys overcoming adversity, and co-authoring "The Dancing Horse and the Warrior Owl," a children's book available on Amazon. She has contributed a chapter to a collaborative book recently published and is also featured as a contributor in "Legacy of Faith," a daily devotional whose proceeds benefit Shepherd's Village in Ohio, supporting women and children affected by domestic violence, also available on Amazon.

Born in Willows, Ms. Forster is the mother of three children. Her interests include music, singing, writing, and reading, passions that have enriched both her personal life and professional endeavors. She continues to host speaking events featuring diverse speakers who share their experiences overcoming challenges. Looking ahead, Ms. Forster plans to further expand her impact through ongoing projects such as Double Impact Live, The Legal System Warrior coaching programs, and additional publications aimed at inspiring transformation among those facing adversity.

Having undergone back fusion surgery in January 2025, Ms. Forster dedicated 2026 to recovery and personal growth while remaining focused on serving others, a purpose deeply rooted in faith and nurtured by family influences throughout her life. Her guiding principles, "unbothered, unbreakable and unstoppable," reflect an unwavering commitment to resilience regardless of the circumstances or hardships faced along the way.
