TAMPA, FL, July 30, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Beth Reineke has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Reineke has established herself as a leading authority in family law and mediation, with a distinguished career spanning more than three decades. Since 2005, she has served as an attorney and mediator at Reineke Mediations in Tampa, Florida, where she is also the founder. Her practice is renowned for assisting families in and around the Tampa Bay area in resolving family law disputes amicably and civilly without incurring high legal costs. She often prepares financial schedules and alimony and child support calculations, ensuring clients are well-informed throughout the mediation process. Her expertise extends to drafting marital settlement agreements and parenting plans that address both financial aspects of divorce, as well as visitation and shared parenting arrangements. She also prepares the necessary court documents so her mediation clients can file uncontested divorces, and other family law matters for court approval.

Ms. Reineke received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of South Florida and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida's college of law. She graduated from law school in 1990 and was admitted to the Florida Bar Association as a practicing attorney that same year.

Prior to her certification by the Florida Supreme Court as a family law mediator, Ms. Reineke had a successful litigation practice. She established Reineke & Associates, P.A. in 1993, and from 1993 to 1997, she represented clients in a variety of cases, including both corporate and family law matters. Her early legal career included drafting and litigating contracts and noncompete agreements, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, estate planning, foreclosures, collections, construction law and mechanics liens, employment law, and various other corporate matters. Upon establishing her own practice, she continued to represent clients in corporate matters and extended her practice to family law, guardianships and probate matters.

As the years passed, Ms. Reineke's reputation as a successful family law attorney increased. In 1997, Ms. Reineke decided to focus her practice solely on family law.

One of her most notable achievements is attaining Board Certification by the Florida Bar Association as a marital and family law attorney—a distinction held by only a select group of attorneys in Florida. The year she sat for the certification exam, only about 20 attorneys statewide qualified and were selected to take the certification exam. The exam has less than a 50% pass rate, and in 2000, only Ms. Reineke and one other attorney in the Tampa Bay area were awarded Board Certification in Marital and Family Law.

From 2000 to 2015, Ms. Reineke continued to be Board Certified by the Florida Bar Association as a divorce and family law litigator. At that time, she was one of less than 25 attorneys in the Tampa Bay area who were Board Certified in Family Law; and one of less than 300 Board Certified Family Lawyers in the entire state of Florida.

In addition to Board Cerification, her credentials include Certification as a Divorce & Family Law Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court; and advanced training as a Collaborative Divorce Attorney. She is trained as an arbitrator and Parent Coordinator, and she has served both as a guardian ad litem and an attorney ad litem in guardianship and family law cases.

Her commitment to advancing family law is further demonstrated by her service on the executive council of the family law section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association from 2003 to 2005. She taught family law for years for the National Business Institute and the Centre for Women in Tampa. She authored a number of articles about family law in local and state professional publications, and she recently published a book about her experience with pre-suit divorce mediation.

Her professional affiliations include longstanding memberships in the Florida Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association; service as president of a local collaborative divorce association for several years; master status with the Stann Givens Family Law Inn of Court; and membership in local, state and national alternative dispute resolution organizations.

Ms. Reineke attributes her success to building strong relationships with fellow attorneys and judges through committee service and her leadership roles—connections that fostered trust and credibility within the legal community. Her reputation as an aggressive litigator was forged over years spent handling highly contested family law cases, and towards the end of her litigation practice she was representing clients in contested evidentiary hearings and trials multiple times per week.

Despite her litigation prowess, Ms. Reineke recognized that clients were often more satisfied when able to settle their family law disputes early in their case rather than endure expensive protracted court battles. This realization inspired her transition to mediating cases before lawsuits are filed—a pioneering approach she began implementing exclusively in 2006. For several years, she was the only mediator locally willing to work directly with couples who were not represented by attorneys during the mediation process. Fear of conflict keeping most qualified mediators away. This service proved invaluable for clients seeking amicable less costly resolutions outside traditional litigation.

Her innovative methods have been widely recognized through numerous awards: Top Female Attorney in Florida for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute (2026), Best of the Best Attorney Award (2026), Top Women in Law by Tampa Style (2025), 10 Best Female Attorneys Award (2025), and she continues to be Lead Counsel Verified by Martindale-Hubbell and Find Law, two national organizations.

More recently, Ms. Reineke's contributions extended into publishing as well. She authored "Before The Battle: Choosing Peace in Divorce Through Pre-Suit Mediation," which outlines her philosophy on resolving disputes amicably before litigation begins. She has written extensively on charging liens for publications such as the Florida Bar Journal and Hillsborough County Bar Association's journal; contributed articles on unique ways to collect child support; authored pieces on parents' rights; published "10 Tips From a Divorce Attorney on How to Save Your Marriage" for Tampa Bay Times; and wrote a number of articles on family law published by the National Business Institute.

Born in Tampa, Ms. Reineke values spending time with her family—including her husband and two children—and enjoys practicing yoga, spending time outdoors, socializing with friends and neighbors, and relaxing outside with a glass of wine.

Looking ahead, Ms. Reineke remains dedicated to serving families navigating divorce—recognizing its generational impact on both parents and children—and finds deep fulfillment helping clients regain control over their lives during challenging times. While open to future growth opportunities for her practice, she continues to focus on providing meaningful support to those in her community affected by separation or divorce and other family disputes.
