The defining moment in his career came through the encouragement of his late father, Harry Fletcher Turner, Jr., who told him, "If you pass your Master Electrician exam and earn your contractor's license, I'll buy you a work van and help you get started." Inspired by that promise, Fletcher founded APEX Electrical Services, LLC in 2010. His father remained one of the company's greatest supporters, attending hundreds of garage sales throughout the area to hand out business cards and personally recommend his son's services to homeowners.

As business expanded, Fletcher managed every aspect of the company while striving to provide exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships. During those early years, he and his wife, Leigh, faced financial challenges while establishing the business. Leigh left a teaching position at a Christian school to join APEX full time. Her faith in the vision they shared became one of the defining reasons for the company's success. While Fletcher directed field operations, employee development, and customer relationships, Leigh built the foundation behind the scenes by managing the office, accounting, scheduling, customer communications, and countless day-to-day responsibilities that allowed the business to grow. Together, they transformed a one-man operation into a thriving family-owned company, and Fletcher credits their partnership as one of the greatest strengths behind APEX Electrical Services.
