JOSEPH, MI, July 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Southwest Michigan is making waves this summer, with three area beaches earning spots on USA TODAY's 2026 10Best Readers' Choice list of Michigan's Top 10 Beaches. Silver Beach County Park and Tiscornia Beach in St. Joseph, along with Warren Dunes State Park in Sawyer, were all recognized among the state's best beach destinations.

The recognition highlights Southwest Michigan's unique concentration of award-winning shoreline experiences, all located within a short drive of one another along the Lake Michigan coast. The trio of beaches showcases the diversity of experiences available throughout Southwest Michigan. Visitors can climb towering dunes and explore wooded trails at Warren Dunes State Park, enjoy the vibrant waterfront atmosphere and family attractions at Silver Beach County Park and take in the scenic shoreline and lighthouse views at Tiscornia Beach.
