He contributed to building the resort's telecommunications infrastructure by running fiber optic cables to every cottage and cabin, pioneering what would become known as "triple play" bundled services of phone, television and internet access. This groundbreaking work laid the foundation for future advancements in residential telecommunications.

Throughout his career, Mr. Neble's work has included implementing innovative solutions for customer service and billing, as well as leveraging technology to bring AI into mainstream use in the U.S. He also had the opportunity to manage teams across six countries and work on five continents, often focusing on underserved markets where affordability was paramount. Mr. Neble's academic background included earning a Bachelor of Arts in computer and information sciences and support services from the University of Idaho in 1999. He is a longstanding member of ISACA with 25 years of involvement. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Neble is civically engaged as a volunteer with local animal concerns and as a sponsor for McPaws, a no-kill animal shelter.

His most notable achievement in this role was shipping an open-source safety standard for AI agency systems in just four days, a project that required two years of dedicated effort without financial compensation.
