Prior to joining HIT, Ms. Ngo spent eight years in the technology integration industry, from 2017 to 2025, building extensive experience across multiple roles. During her tenure, she managed large-scale technology projects and played a pivotal role in streamlining project management processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. She was responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering integrated technology solutions on time and within budget.

Her earlier experience includes serving as business operations manager and project manager at within an embedded software development company located in Ohio, from 2005 to 2017. In these roles, Ms. Ngo managed daily business operations while leading project teams through various phases of implementation and execution.

Ms. Ngo's foundational experience in finance and property management began at Gomersall & Associates in Westlake, Ohio, from 1997 to 2005. Starting as an administrative assistant, she advanced to staff accountant and property manager under the mentorship of the late David Gomersall. She managed trusts, tax returns and bookkeeping services for various companies while expanding her expertise into property management—a transition that broadened her professional capabilities.

Her career began with distinguished service in the United States Navy as a yeoman (E4) from 1993 to 1997. The discipline and skills acquired during her military tenure laid the groundwork for her subsequent achievements in both financial management and project leadership.

Ms. Ngo is recognized for her expertise in project management and financials—skills that have been instrumental throughout her career progression. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), reflecting her commitment to professional development within the industry. In 2020, Ms. Ngo earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. This credential stands as a testament to her proficiency in managing complex projects and is among her proudest accomplishments.

Academically, Ms. Ngo completed college coursework that contributed to her understanding of business fundamentals and financial concepts. Her determination to learn independently enabled her to build a strong foundation in these areas despite initially lacking formal education credentials.

Throughout her journey, Ms. Ngo credits her success to the positive influence of supportive mentors and colleagues who encouraged her growth. Some of her most meaningful friendships began during her Navy years. Those authentic connections have remained a constant throughout life's journey, including her move to Houston, and are still going strong more than two decades later.

Among her accolades is the Navy Good Conduct and Achievement Medal awarded by the United States Navy in recognition of exemplary service.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Ngo enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with family and close friends. She has also volunteered an advocate for CASA as a court-appointed advocate working with children in the foster system, gathering information and making recommendations to help judges decide what is best for each child. Looking ahead, she aims to expand her division in Houston while identifying and mentoring team members who demonstrate potential for leadership roles within the organization.
