CHESAPEAKE, VA, July 27, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kevin Dietze has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Dietze serves as senior director of network architecture at Dollar Tree Inc., where he helps lead enterprise connectivity strategy across approximately 16,500 stores, 26 distribution centers, corporate facilities and cloud environments. With more than 15 years of experience in information technology, he specializes in large-scale network transformation, infrastructure resilience, automation and technology strategy.

Since joining Dollar Tree in 2023, Mr. Dietze has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility. As director of network engineering and operations, he led a major modernization of the company's store network infrastructure. The program represented an investment of more than $100 million and upgraded connectivity, security and wireless capabilities across the Dollar Tree and Family Dollar store footprint. Although initially planned as a multiyear initiative, the primary transformation was completed in approximately 18 months.

In his current role, Mr. Dietze continues to shape the company's network architecture and broader technology strategy. His work has included supporting the technology separation associated with the sale of Family Dollar, strengthening data center resilience, advancing cloud connectivity and developing automation capabilities that improve technology operations.

Before joining Dollar Tree, Mr. Dietze served as an area manager for edge network services at Meta (formerly Facebook) from 2021 to 2023. In that role, he led engineering and operations teams supporting large-scale data center network infrastructure in the Pacific Northwest. His responsibilities included infrastructure deployment, operational readiness, reliability, capacity expansion and process improvement within one of the world's largest technology environments.

Mr. Dietze previously spent seven years at ConocoPhillips, where he progressed through engineering and leadership assignments spanning outdoor wireless networks, network operations, voice and collaboration, global networking and software-defined wide area networking. As a global network engineer and SD-WAN team lead, he helped modernize connectivity across an international enterprise environment.

He began his career at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where he held technical and leadership positions while completing his undergraduate education.

Mr. Dietze earned a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary in 2026. He received the Academic Achievement Award for earning the highest grade-point average in his Executive MBA cohort and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2013.

He earned the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert credential in Routing and Switching in 2015, as well as the Cisco Certified Network Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credentials. His earlier recognitions include qualifying for Google Code Jam in 2013 and 2017 and being selected as a Google Glass Explorer in 2013. These experiences reflect a longstanding interest in software development, emerging technology and technical problem-solving.

Mr. Dietze attributes his professional accomplishments to the mentors, colleagues and teams who have supported and challenged him throughout his career. He believes meaningful transformation is achieved by bringing together talented people, a clear strategy and a willingness to simplify complex problems.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Dietze is involved with his local church community and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Looking ahead, he plans to continue helping organizations use technology to transform operations, improve employee experiences and serve customers more effectively. He also hopes to expand his involvement in teaching and mentoring future technology professionals.
