Before her tenure at St. Joseph Hill Academy, Ms. Naso spent a few months at Notre Dame Academy High School in 2021, where she taught high school sophomores and seniors. Despite entering the profession without prior teaching experience, she quickly adapted by tailoring her instruction to meet the needs of her students. Her consistent background in all-girls Catholic education—having attended Notre Dame Academy High School herself—provided a strong foundation for her teaching philosophy. Ms. Naso's passion for literature has been a driving force throughout her career, enhancing her effectiveness as an educator and earning recognition from both colleagues and students.

In addition to her work in education, Ms. Naso has served as Marketing Manager for The Naso Organization since 2017. In this capacity, she has contributed to the organization's outreach and promotional strategies while balancing her responsibilities as an educator. Earlier in her career, she completed an internship with The Nicotra Group LLC in 2018, gaining valuable experience in a professional business environment.

Ms. Naso's achievements extend beyond the classroom. In 2025, she was honored with the Outstanding Teacher of Literacy Award of Staten Island after being nominated by her principal—a testament to her dedication and impact as an educator. That same year, she published her debut fantasy novel, "Prophecy of the Mind Reader," through Cloverly Publishing. "Prophecy of the Mind Reader" has been a project of hers since she was 15. Her academic background includes a Master of Arts in English Literature from The City University of New York-College of Staten Island, earned in 2023, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Wagner College in 2019. In her years at Wagner College, she was inducted into Sigma Tau Delta, an international honor society for students of English. She was also a WIT (Writing Intensive Tutor) at Wagner College. She would meet with fellow college students to brainstorm, outline, organize, or edit their essays. These academic achievements have played a pivotal role in shaping her career trajectory and instructional methods. Ms. Naso attributes much of her success to her enthusiasm for every endeavor she undertakes and credits the influence of her ambitious parents, Danielle and Frank, for instilling values of hard work and perseverance. She also acknowledges the unwavering support of her fiancé, Brandon, as a source of encouragement throughout her journey.

Born in Staten Island, Ms. Naso is the eldest of three siblings and remains deeply grateful for the inspiration provided by her family. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys reading, writing, solving word searches, and of course, spending time with her family.
