At De Gracia & Estevez Cigars, Mr. De Gracia employs artificial intelligence to match consumer preferences with suitable cigars, resulting in an effective recommendation platform. Additionally, he developed Cloud Cigars, a program designed to help new cigar entrepreneurs establish their brands by facilitating fulfillment, tracking and shipping directly from the factory in Santiago to customers in the United States within four days. The company offers approximately 16 different blends and specializes in creating cigars tailored to pair with specific foods or beverages or complement fragrances for private-label brands. All cigars are handmade, 100% organic and free from chemicals.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. De Gracia is also head of customer experience at MOD, an agency based in Austin, Texas. In this capacity, he helps companies design effective multichannel customer experiences by mapping customer journeys and implementing communication strategies. His expertise in marketing technology and artificial intelligence has enabled him to assist major brands in maximizing their digital marketing investments and establishing robust foundations for adopting advanced technologies.

Prior to joining MOD, Mr. De Gracia spent several years at the global marketing and public relations agency now known as VML, formerly Wunderman Thompson. He began at Wunderman Thompson in Miami in 2019, where his responsibilities included sales within the travel sector as well as work in the pharmaceutical and retail industries, demonstrating exceptional skill in supporting companies as they navigated complex marketing landscapes.

Following the agency's rebrand to VML, Mr. De Gracia advanced to the role of senior vice president of client services, a position he held until 2024. There, he oversaw teams of program managers and account directors serving clients across diverse industries, and his leadership was consistently praised by colleagues and clients alike for integrity and effectiveness in helping others advance their careers and achieve organizational objectives.

Mr. De Gracia's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in information technology from Universidad Domínico Americano in Santo Domingo, earned in 1998.
