Mr. Blackwell's commitment to service is exemplified by his 36-year tenure on various boards, where he held key positions including chairman, vice chairman, secretary and treasurer. Before venturing onto his professional path, Mr. Blackwell completed coursework in animal science and economics at Kansas State University.
