CANTON, TX, August 05, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sean Brandenburg has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Brandenburg's professional journey spans more than four decades, marked by a steadfast commitment to executive leadership, business growth, enterprise value creation, and leadership development across the logistics and executive advisory sectors. In 2026, he became a CEO peer group Chair with Vistage Worldwide Inc. in Dallas, Texas, where he facilitates confidential peer advisory groups for Chief Executive Officers and business leaders. Through Vistage, he helps leaders challenge their thinking, make better decisions, and grow both personally and professionally while navigating the complex opportunities and challenges of leading an organization.
Also in 2026, Mr. Brandenburg founded Brandenburg Growth Partners LLC, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer. Through the firm, he advises Founders, Chief Executive Officers, executive teams, and boards on strategic growth, organizational alignment, executive team development, and enterprise value creation. Drawing on more than four decades of executive leadership experience, he helps organizations navigate growth, strengthen leadership teams, and build lasting businesses.
Among his proudest achievements are the leadership and organizational alignment programs he has led throughout his career. One particularly meaningful moment came when an employee wrote to thank him for the impact one of his leadership seminars had on both her professional growth and her personal life. More than any business achievement, moments like these continue to define his greatest measure of success and reinforce his belief that leadership is ultimately about the positive impact we have on the lives of others.
Mr. Brandenburg's expertise is further recognized through his concurrent appointments as a Board Advisor for NREX in Bradford, England, and as a Strategic Advisor for HappierMe in London, both beginning in 2026. Prior to founding Brandenburg Growth Partners, he served as Chief Development Officer for Across Logistics US, where he led strategic growth initiatives and business development. Earlier in his career, he was the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Central Cargo North America, building the company from startup to more than $16 million in annual revenue in less than four years while establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Before leading Central Cargo, Mr. Brandenburg served as Executive Director of International Development for TransGroup Global Logistics as well as serving as President of TransCruise, the company's cruise logistics division. In those roles, he led international expansion initiatives, developed strategic business relationships across global markets, and played a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities and integrating acquired organizations. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Growth and Development for Team Worldwide, where he led corporate growth initiatives and supported the company's strategic expansion.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Brandenburg founded River City Global Logistics LLC, dba TransGroup Global Logistics, in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company grew into a successful international freight forwarding company that was later acquired by TransGroup Global Logistics. He subsequently joined the company's corporate leadership team as Director of Corporate Development and Chairman of the National Development Board, where he led corporate growth initiatives, sales, and leadership development programs. Earlier roles included General Manager for Team Worldwide's Cincinnati operations, International Station Manager for World Trade Cargo & Logistics in Dallas, and Export Manager for Fritz Companies in Nashville.
Mr. Brandenburg's career began with distinguished service in the U.S. Air Force from 1985 to 1992. He held several roles including mission support specialist at Camp New Amsterdam in the Netherlands, material management supervisor with the Third Combat Communications Group at Tinker Air Force Base and noncommissioned officer-in-charge of material controls at Altus Air Force Base. During his military tenure, he earned several campaign medals for service as well as merit awards recognizing his professional performance and service.
Mr. Brandenburg's entry into logistics was serendipitous: after graduating high school with multiple scholarship opportunities and aspirations of becoming a pilot or astronaut, he joined the U.S. Air Force at age eighteen where a recruiter guided him toward a logistics specialty that introduced him to aircraft parts transportation and inventory management. Following his honorable discharge as part of a Congressional reduction in force, he entered the commercial freight forwarding industry, where the foundation built during his military service became the catalyst for a distinguished executive career.
Mr. Brandenburg remains committed to lifelong learning and professional development. In addition to maintaining active involvement in industry organizations, he has dedicated much of his career to leadership development, facilitating organizational alignment and executive leadership programs for companies across the United States. His educational foundation includes an Associate of Applied Science in Logistics and Transportation from the Community College of the Air Force, complemented by studies in information systems and psychology, through the University of Maryland Global Campus and Miami University.
Furthering his professional expertise, Mr. Brandenburg is a Certified Board Advisor from LinkExec Connectd and a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst through Target Training International Ltd. He attributes his success to the many leaders, mentors, colleagues, and experiences that have shaped his career. Believing that both exemplary leadership and difficult experiences offer valuable lessons, he has maintained a learner's mindset grounded in self-awareness, personal accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Beyond his professional life, Mr. Brandenburg considers his family his greatest priority and values the time he spends with his wife, Lisa, their combined 11 children, and extended family. He also enjoys playing golf and spending time outdoors. His family shares a proud tradition of military service spanning seven generations, beginning with his great-great-grandfather and continuing today as his granddaughter prepares to enlist in the United States Army.
Looking ahead, Mr. Brandenburg plans to spend more time traveling with his wife, Lisa, honoring the unwavering support she has provided throughout his career. Professionally, he intends to continue growing Brandenburg Growth Partners while expanding his work as a Vistage Chair, speaker, and leadership advisor. He is currently writing several books focused on leadership, resilience, personal growth, and overcoming adversity while expanding his keynote speaking and executive leadership development initiatives. He also hopes to expand his community involvement through volunteer service with Methodist Dallas Medical Center, reflecting his ongoing commitment to serving others.
Above all, Mr. Brandenburg remains committed to lifelong learning, serving others, and helping leaders dream more, do more, and become more.
