From 2007 to 2018, Mrs. Madiraju served as a senior software architect at AT&T Inc. in Alpharetta, Georgia. Over nearly 12 years with the company, she gained recognition for her dedication to learning new technologies and implementing process improvements. She received multiple awards during her tenure, reflecting her outstanding contributions to the organization's growth and success. Her time at AT&T was especially significant for her professional development in process improvement methodologies.

Earlier in her career, Mrs. Madiraju held roles as a senior software engineer, project manager, scrum master and technical lead from 1994 to 2021. These positions allowed her to build a strong foundation in project management and technical leadership across the telecommunications, insurance and retail industries. She is highly regarded for her expertise in scrum master practices — including sprint planning, ceremonies, retrospectives and conflict resolution — as well as online order capture engines, consumer insights portals and computer hardware maintenance.

In addition to her corporate roles, Mrs. Madiraju has made significant contributions as an author, recording artist and creative professional. She released a second musical album titled "Autumn Sacred" and introduced lyriconnets — one-line songs — to her repertoire. Her literary achievements include three new books: "A View To A Door Jane Summers," "Diaries of Jane Summers" and "Reserved Words and Comments – A Communication Arts Handbook."

Additionally, she completed a master's degree in economics at the University of Hyderabad in India and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting, as well as a diploma and an advanced diploma in German.

Complementing her formal education, Mrs. Madiraju has earned numerous certifications. Mrs. Madiraju's technical proficiencies span ASP.NET, Visual Basic .NET, C#, HTML5 and CSS3, along with MVC frameworks and AngularJS for responsive web design, plus XML integration, APIs and cloud deployments. Her database expertise includes Microsoft Access, DB2 and Oracle, and she is well-versed in Visual Studio .NET and the Microsoft Office Suite. She rounds out her toolkit with project management platforms including JIRA and Rally, data modeling in Visio and Erwin Modeler, and repository administration for SVN and CVS.
