JACKSONVILLE, FL, August 06, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Leighton Miller has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mrs. Miller has established a distinguished career marked by entrepreneurial achievement, operational expertise and a commitment to supporting business growth. Since 2025, she has served as the president and business owner of Concierge Administrative Solutions in Jacksonville, Florida, where she leverages her extensive background to assist startups and small businesses in managing administrative and operational functions. Drawing on her proficiency in administrative tasks, bookkeeping, payroll compliance, onboarding new software, basic sales tax and business taxes, Mrs. Miller has become a trusted resource for organizations seeking guidance during their formative stages.
Before founding Concierge Administrative Solutions, Mrs. Miller held the role of Senior Vice President of Finance for Planet 13 Holdings Inc. in Florida from 2024 to 2025. In this capacity, she oversaw financial operations following the acquisition of her family's cannabis business by Planet 13, a Las Vegas-based operator. Mrs. Miller's leadership ensured a seamless transition and integration of the acquired company's assets.
Between 2021 and 2025, Mrs. Miller was also the Senior Vice President of Finance at VidaCann, where she managed complex financial strategies and compliance for one of Florida's leading medical cannabis providers. Affiliated with the organization earlier, she served as the Vice President of Finance from 2019 to 2021, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company's operations and financial infrastructure.
Mrs. Miller's foundational experience stems from her tenure at Loop's Nursery & Greenhouses Inc., a family-owned enterprise established by her grandfather more than 70 years ago in Florida. She began as the Vice President of Operations from 2010 to 2016, overseeing daily activities and guiding the company through significant industry changes. In 2016, Mrs. Miller advanced to Vice President, a position she continues to hold. Under her stewardship, the family business was among a select group preapproved to apply for a medical marijuana license when legislation changed in Florida. After being awarded the license in 2017, Mrs. Miller managed both the flower greenhouse and cannabis operations alongside her father and business partners.
Earlier in her career, Mrs. Miller gained experience through internships that broadened her perspective on marketing and product development. She completed a product development internship at Lantis Eyewear in 2008, followed by a marketing and public relations internship with Victoria's Secret in 2011 and a marketing and communications internship at the Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville.
Mrs. Miller's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Art History from the University of Florida, completed in 2009, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, earned in 2010. She credits much of her success to working alongside her father and grandfather while building the family business, an experience that instilled resilience, adaptability and strong management skills essential for navigating complex industries.
Mrs. Miller's expertise is further reflected through active membership in several professional organizations, such as the Florida Farm Bureau Federation, the American Institute for Professional Bookkeepers and the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce (now JAX Chamber). These affiliations have provided valuable networking opportunities and contributed to her ongoing professional development. Beyond her business pursuits, Mrs. Miller is civically engaged as a member of the women's board at Wolfson Children's Hospital. She also supports numerous charitable organizations as a donor, including the ALS Organization, Baptist Health, the Florida Nursery Growers and Landscape Association and the Florida Farm Bureau Federation.
Among Mrs. Miller's most notable professional achievements has been building the family company into an organization that grew from employing approximately 80 individuals to more than 400 by the time it was acquired in 2024. She takes pride in having created an enterprise recognized as valuable by others, a testament to her vision and dedication as an entrepreneur.
Eager for future success, Mrs. Miller remains dedicated to fostering connections that help small businesses thrive while expanding her own enterprise. Committed to making a positive impact on both local businesses and the broader Jacksonville community, she continues to exemplify leadership rooted in service and innovation.
