Prior to her current role, Ms. Nardi served as a paralegal at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti LLP in Palm Beach Gardens from 2022 to 2024. During this period, she worked closely with Tama Kudman, contributing significantly to the firm's litigation efforts. Her tenure at The Business Trial Group of Morgan & Morgan P.A. in West Palm Beach between 2019 and 2022 further honed her litigation skills, where she managed discovery and supported attorneys in high-stakes business trial matters in various state and federal courts.
Since 2010, Ms. Nardi has also been engaged as a contract litigation paralegal with Bruce L. Udolf P.A., working directly for attorney Bruce Udolf. Her earlier experience includes serving as a legal assistant at Berger Singerman from 2006 to 2010 and at Ruden McCloskey from 2001 to 2006. She began her legal career as a legal secretary at Cooney Mattson Lance Blackburn Richards & O'Connor from 1999 to 2001.

Ms. Nardi's educational background includes an Associate of Science in paralegal studies from Broward College, earned in 2008.
