PUNE, INDIA, August 09, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Pallix has launched an AI visibility tool for Indian brands and the agencies that run their marketing. It tracks how often ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Copilot recommend a brand, which competitors those answers name instead, and which sources they cite. Plans start at Rs 2,499 a month.

Indian buyers now open an AI assistant before they open Google. Ask ChatGPT for the best protein powder in India, or the best CRM for a 20 person team, and you get four or five brand names and a handful of links. If your brand is not in that answer, nothing shows up on your side. There is no impression to count, no keyword to look up, no bounce rate to argue about. The conversation never touches your website. That is the gap Pallix measures.

What the tool does

You give Pallix the prompts your customers actually type. It runs them on a schedule across the AI assistants and records what comes back. Starter tracks 30 prompts, Growth tracks 50, and the Agency plan starts at 200. Growth and Agency re-run every prompt daily. Starter runs every two weeks.

Share of voice is counted per prompt, so you can see how often your brand is named against the competitors you choose: three competitors per surface on Starter, five on Growth, ten or more on Agency. Every citation is recorded too, so you can see which pages and domains the assistants keep pulling from in your category. In most audits that citation list is where the actual work turns out to be.

You enter your own competitor set, which for most Indian categories means names a US built tool would never have on file. Each visibility gap comes with the fix behind it, from schema and crawlability to the third party pages the answers keep citing. Reports export for client reviews with the answer text kept as evidence.

Starter covers ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Growth and Agency add Perplexity and Copilot. Every plan has unlimited seats. The audit is free and needs no account, and after that there is a 14 day trial at Growth level with no card and no sales call.

"Every brand we audit can tell me its Google rank to the decimal and has no idea whether ChatGPT recommends it," said Akash Singh, founder of Pallix. "Most of them find out from a customer. Someone mentions they asked ChatGPT for a recommendation and got a competitor, and that is the first anyone at the company hears about it. AEO and GEO keep getting discussed as a 2027 problem. The traffic is already gone."

Why the pricing looks like this

Tools in this category were built around US search behaviour and US competitor lists, then priced for US budgets. That usually means a few hundred dollars a month, a per seat charge on top, and an annual contract you sign after a sales call. Pallix prices in rupees, bills monthly if you want it monthly, and puts unlimited seats on every plan including the Rs 2,499 one. An agency can add account managers and clients without the bill moving. Annual billing takes about 10 percent off, which puts Starter at Rs 2,249 a month and Growth at Rs 5,399.

"I don't think a score is worth Rs 2,499 a month," Singh said. "Anyone can tell you that you are invisible. The useful part is the list of what to change, so we built that first and the dashboard second."

For agencies

Agencies are the reason the top plan exists. Clients have started asking why AI answers are missing from the monthly report, and until recently the honest answer was that nobody was tracking them. The Agency plan keeps each client brand in its own workspace under one login, tracks 200 prompts or more, allows ten or more competitors, runs a daily refresh plus a weekly sweep, and exports white labelled reports. Onboarding is done with the Pallix team rather than through a help doc. Because seats are unlimited, an agency can put the client inside the account and stop rebuilding the same slide every month.

Early accounts are mostly D2C, ecommerce and B2B SaaS, which are the categories where AI assistants are already deciding shortlists.
