With more than three decades of experience spanning finance, operations, and executive leadership, Ms. Nevins has distinguished herself as an accomplished C-suite executive. She currently serves as both chief financial officer and chief operating officer of ActiveProspect, a leading data and software company.

In these dual leadership roles, Ms. Nevins oversees the company's accounting, finance, tax, treasury, legal, and human resources functions. Her operational responsibilities encompass business systems, information technology, compliance, business insights, revenue operations, training, implementations, solutions architecture, customer support, and the company's artificial intelligence strategic governance team.

Throughout her tenure, Ms. Nevins has played a pivotal role in aligning organizational growth with operational excellence. She recently led ActiveProspect's successful acquisition of Verisk Marketing Solutions and oversaw the teams responsible for integrating the companies' back-end technologies. Under her leadership, ActiveProspect has surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue.

Ms. Nevins places particular emphasis on preserving a positive organizational culture during periods of expansion and integration. She prioritizes bringing teams and systems together while upholding the company's core values and fostering a collaborative, mutually supportive workplace.

Before joining ActiveProspect, Ms. Nevins held several senior executive positions in which she helped organizations achieve growth and scale through a combination of organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.

From 2021 to 2023, she served as chief financial officer and head of operations at Curinos, a New York-based financial services firm which was the result of combining Informa's FBX division and Novantas, Inc to create Curinos. In these dual roles, she aligned financial strategy with operational execution to support sustainable growth and improve efficiency across multiple business units.

Previously, Ms. Nevins served as chief financial officer of All Web Leads, AWL, in Austin, Texas. There, she managed all aspects of corporate finance and played an instrumental role in expanding the company's presence within the insurtech industry.

Her tenure as chief financial officer of CSIdentity, now part of Experian Partner Solutions, marked another period of significant growth. She helped expand the cybersecurity company from approximately $25 million to more than $200 million in revenue before leading its sale to Experian for $360 million.

As U.S. chief financial officer of Rackspace Hosting, now Rackspace Technology, Ms. Nevins managed financial operations during a period of rapid evolution within the technology and cloud services industry.

Before joining Rackspace, she spent four years as chief accounting officer and vice president of finance at Zappos. Her leadership was instrumental in doubling the company's size and facilitating its sale to Amazon for more than $1 billion. She considers the transaction one of her most significant professional milestones because of its scale and lasting impact.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Nevins developed valuable leadership experience as vice president of finance at GSI Commerce, now eBay Enterprise.

In addition to her executive responsibilities, Ms. Nevins remains actively involved in professional organizations that reflect her commitment to leadership development and industry thought leadership. She has served on the advisory board of the CFO Leadership Council since 2016. A founding member of its Austin chapter, she currently serves on the advisory board of the organization's New York chapter.

Ms. Nevins earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in 1991. Reflecting on her journey, she credits her parents with instilling in her a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to integrity—values that have shaped both her professional career and personal philosophy.

Beyond her corporate work, Ms. Nevins is devoted to supporting others through civic engagement and mentorship. She previously served on the advisory board of CXO NOW and has mentored emerging leaders through Chief and accelerator programs such as SKU, which supports consumer product startups. She has also served on the finance committee of LifeWorks and shared her expertise as a speaker for the CFO Leadership Council and other professional organizations.

Ms. Nevins has received numerous professional honors throughout her career. In 2026, she received the Jeremy Brown Award, a distinction made especially meaningful because it was presented by her chief executive officer. The award recognizes individuals who exemplify ActiveProspect's values while demonstrating remarkable strength in the face of adversity.

Her additional honors include several Alexander Hamilton Awards, recognition as a "Profile in Power" by the Austin Business Journal, the Best CFO—Middle Market Award from The Business Journals, and inclusion among Treasury & Risk's 100 Most Influential People in Finance. She was also previously selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who in America.

Outside of her professional and civic endeavors, Ms. Nevins enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, and learning about different cultures through travel.
