SCOTTSDALE, AZ, August 13, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brown & Hobkirk, PLLC is pleased to announce that one of the Scottsdale law firm's founding attorneys and partners, Kyle Brown, recently attended ALS Arizona's celebrated "Bite Nite" gala fundraising event alongside his wife, Cheree, at the Chateau Luxe in Phoenix.

"We recently lost a friend to ALS, and that loss has stayed with us," Mr. Brown said. "As a law firm, we are looking for ways to support ALS Arizona's mission and help families who are facing this disease with courage and strength."

The annual Bite Nite galas bring together top local chefs, supporters, volunteers, and members of the ALS community to raise funds and awareness for ALS Arizona. The Phoenix event featured gourmet bites, live music, and opportunities for attendees to financially support the organization's work for Arizona families affected by ALS.

ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 34,000 adults in the U.S. are currently living with the disease.

ALS Arizona is a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with ALS and their families through care services, education, resource connections, equipment support, community programs, and fundraisers such as Bite Nite.

In addition to attending Bite Nite, he is helping organize The Alpine Classic Golf Tournament on December 13, 2026, at Eagle Mountain Golf Club in Scottsdale, to raise funds for ALS Arizona.

Also, in May, he was invited to present on estate planning as part of ALS Arizona's "ALS 101" educational series for newly diagnosed individuals and their families.
