PROSPER, TX, August 17, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dana Tremblay has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mrs. Tremblay is the founder and chief executive officer of DLT Transportation Services, doing business as DLT Logistics. She established the business in 2011; it formally adopted its current name in 2026. DLT Logistics provides freight-native customer service, dispatch, logistics coordination, and invoice resolution support to independent freight agents, small brokerage owners, and third-party logistics firms nationwide. The company does not move freight or operate as a carrier or broker — it functions as an operational growth partner, solving the core problem facing independent agents: being forced to run sales and operations simultaneously, hitting a growth ceiling, and never unplugging.

Since 2011, Mrs. Tremblay has overseen significant growth, evolving from supporting five agents to leading a network of 38 agents. The company is structured across five departments — Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, Freight Resolution, Invoice Resolution, and Marketing and Sales — with a team of 15 operating under three department leads who report directly to Mrs. Tremblay.

Through 2023, the company grew entirely through referral and word of mouth, without any marketing investment. In 2024, Mrs. Tremblay initiated a deliberate expansion, investing in marketing and brand development to extend DLT's reach beyond her referral network while formalizing its internal operating structure. This period saw the buildout of standardized operating procedures across all departments and the establishment of a formal leadership tier, positioning the company to grow without sacrificing the service consistency that had driven those referrals in the first place.

A central point of pride for Mrs. Tremblay is her commitment to leadership development within her organization. She has engaged a business coach and sponsors her three department leads through a leadership development program, supplemented by Cardone University training designed to instill a "10X" mindset. She considers the ability to employ others and contribute to their professional growth among her most significant achievements. This investment in her team's development aligns with her agent-centered philosophy, which emphasizes true ownership and responsibility for the businesses that rely on DLT's support.

Before founding DLT Transportation Services, Mrs. Tremblay served as a customer service representative at GlobalTranz in Irving from 2010 to 2011. Recruited by Wayne Waggoner to help launch the Dallas office of the Phoenix-based third-party logistics firm, she entered the freight industry without prior experience. She relied on her resourcefulness to serve customers and support newly recruited agents. During her tenure, she managed customer service for all agents who brought their books of business to GlobalTranz and used the company's transportation management system to quote and book shipments. When outside investors prompted GlobalTranz to close several offices, the agents she supported chose to continue working with her directly, leading Mrs. Tremblay to begin contracting with them individually and running her own business from home.

Prior to joining GlobalTranz, Mrs. Tremblay worked in sales at ADT LLC, where she met monthly quotas in the small-business division. Although she found the constant pressure of starting over each month challenging, this experience contributed to her understanding of sales dynamics and customer relationships.

Mrs. Tremblay's career began at Pollock Paper Distributors (now Veritiv Corporation) in Grand Prairie, where she started as a customer service representative before advancing into sales. She remained with the company from 1999 to 2008, gaining valuable experience in both customer service and sales roles over nearly a decade.

Educationally, Mrs. Tremblay's background includes coursework at Tarrant County College following graduation from South Grand Prairie High School in 1998. Overall, she credits her success to the guidance of mentors and strong partnerships with agents, focusing on aligning herself with their goals and supporting their revenue growth rather than simply providing customer service. She maintains a deep sense of responsibility toward the small businesses that depend on DLT and works diligently to instill this sense of ownership throughout her team.

Mrs. Tremblay is an active member of the Women In Trucking Association, an organization she joined in 2024 after discovering its advocacy for women across all sectors of the trucking industry. Through classes, conferences and networking opportunities provided by the association, she has benefited from leadership development resources while expanding her professional network. Mrs. Tremblay was featured in VoyageDallas magazine in March 2026, highlighting her visibility within the industry and recognition as an influential leader.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Mrs. Tremblay supports children in Africa through her sister-in-law's family missionary work. In her free time, Mrs. Tremblay enjoys attending live concerts with her husband, Joe, particularly those by cover bands like Infinite Journey and Desperado. Family remains central to her life, and she values time spent with her three children and three grandchildren.

Mrs. Tremblay embraces a philosophy centered on personal growth and perseverance. Having come from modest beginnings without a clearly defined career path, she encourages others to position themselves for opportunity through preparation, determination and a willingness to act when opportunities arise. She shares her husband's belief that success results from the intersection of opportunity and preparedness, a principle that has guided her own career. Above all, she believes individuals can shape their own futures through resilience, hard work and a refusal to give up.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Tremblay aims to expand DLT Logistics by partnering with additional small brokerages and agent networks that need back-office infrastructure rather than building it internally. Her longer-term vision extends beyond a single company toward building generational freedom for her family and an organization whose stated purpose she returns to constantly: to optimize the customer-agent relationship for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, driving measurable growth and increasing revenue for agents.
