His tenure spanned Meta's transition from Facebook, during which he played a pivotal role in developing operational frameworks for newly built facilities.
Before joining Meta, Mr. Decker served in the United States Navy for 20 distinguished years, leading maintenance programs, training initiatives, incident management, and governance frameworks across every Pacific Fleet aircraft carrier. His most notable achievement during this period was being selected as the Reactor Electrical Lead for COMNAVAIRPAC, providing governance and support for the fleet.
