There he managed pricing analysis and sales of electrical components before transitioning fully into sports announcing and broadcasting. From 2020 to 2022, he served as a training consultant for Dale Carnegie of Central New York in Syracuse and Auburn, contributing to professional development initiatives. Prior to that role, Mr. Dalin worked as a financial representative for The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company from 2010 to 2016, providing financial planning services.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Dalin was regional sales manager at Greenway Medical Technologies (now Greenway Health LLC) from 2009 to 2010, focusing on electronic health records solutions. He served on the board of trustees for the Village of Parish from 2007 to 2010 and was PACS sales manager at GE Healthcare from 2005 to 2007. His initial professional experience was as a sales engineer at GE Energy (now GE Vernova) from 1998 to 2005.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dalin has been recognized for his ability to read crowds, personalize events and integrate fundraising efforts for community organizations such as local school sports boosters. His dedication extends to youth development through Scouting America (formerly the Boy Scouts of America), where he served as cubmaster for Pack 825 in 2016 and earned the rank of Eagle Scout at a young age.
