In addition to her work as a business owner, Dr. Jadotte has served as an adjunct faculty member in the graduate business program at Southern New Hampshire University since 2017. Over nearly a decade, she has taught hundreds of adult learners across diverse industries worldwide, contributing to curriculum development, leadership education, and students' professional advancement. Her teaching experience provides a strong foundation for her coaching practice and supports her commitment to developing future leaders.

From 2022 to 2026, Dr. Jadotte served as associate dean for human resources at Harvard University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences, supporting approximately 3,000 academic professionals during a historic period for the institution. Her tenure at Harvard allowed her to blend scholarship, practice, and coaching while enhancing leadership capabilities among faculty and staff.

Previously, Dr. Jadotte was an executive coach and facilitator for The Partnership, Inc. from 2021 to 2025, contributing to organizational development initiatives that advanced diversity and inclusion. From 2020 to 2022, she served as senior director of organizational development & effectiveness for Boston Medical Center Health System, supporting more than 10,000 healthcare professionals, including academic leaders and physicians affiliated with Boston University's Medical School.

Her earlier roles include vice president of human resources at The Dimock Center (2018–2020); director of human resources at Royal Health Group (2012–2018); senior human resources business partner at Good Samaritan Medical Center (2010–2012); and human resources specialist at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (2008–2010). These positions contributed to her expertise in organizational effectiveness, executive presence, and strategic clarity.

Dr. Jadotte is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the International Coaching Federation, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

Her academic achievements include a Doctor of Education in organizational leadership studies from Northeastern University; a Master of Liberal Arts in industrial-organizational psychology from Harvard University; a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (UMass Dartmouth); and a Bachelor of Science in human resources management, also from UMass Dartmouth.

Her professional certifications further demonstrate her dedication to leadership development. She holds a graduate certificate in organizational behavior from Harvard Extension School (2025), the International Coaching Federation's associate certified coach credential (2022), the senior certified professional designation from SHRM (2015), the senior professional in human resources credential from HRCI (2013), certification as a Leadership 360-Assessment Facilitator through the Center for Creative Leadership, leadership and performance coaching certification from Brown University's School of Professional Studies, and an educational leadership certificate from the Penn Equity Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Jadotte attributes her success to her ability to integrate academic scholarship with real-world leadership experience and personalized coaching methods. This approach has enabled her to build lasting partnerships grounded in trust, clarity, and meaningful impact.

Her civic involvement includes service as executive board member and corresponding secretary for Jack and Jill of America Inc., Boston chapter; executive council advisory member for The Partnership, Inc.; equality, diversity, and inclusion advisor for MHA; advisory committee member for Community Care Cooperative; co-chair of the behavioral health subcommittee for the Massachusetts Healthcare Collaborative; and committee member with the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Her scholarly contributions include co-authoring The Adventures of Aubrey and Chase: Destination: Hvar, Croatia (2024); co-authoring "The Experiences of Southeastern Massachusetts K–12 Teachers and Factors That Influenced Retention During and After the COVID-19 Pandemic" for The Journal of Advancing Educational Practice (2024); and authoring her doctoral research, Making Sense of the Nursing Pipeline Crisis (2017).

She has been recognized for membership in the Golden Key International Honor Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence.

A lifelong resident of Southeastern Massachusetts, Dr. Jadotte is married to Fetchner Jadotte, Esq., owner and chief executive officer of O'Reilly Strategic Group, Inc., whose distinguished achievements have also been recognized by Marquis Who's Who. Together they have two children, whom they support in developing leadership, academic excellence, and athletic and artistic talents.

Outside her professional pursuits, Dr. Jadotte remains active in basketball coaching, having retired as a Division II college athlete. She continues to support her daughter's basketball development while embracing new sports alongside her family.
