Before joining Trachte, Mr. Amezquita was the chief operations and supply chain officer at Eos Energy Enterprises from 2023 to 2025. During this period, he focused on developing his expertise in operations management and supply chain optimization, contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
Between 2020 and 2023, Mr. Amezquita served as the global vice president of enterprise excellence at Generac Power Systems Inc. His responsibilities included driving operational improvements and supporting the company's pursuit of excellence across its global footprint. Earlier, Mr. Amezquita held the position of vice president of operations and supply chain at Emerson Automation Solutions, beginning in 2015. His leadership during these years supported the organization's growth and operational efficiency throughout the Americas region.
Among other progressive roles, Mr. Amezquita excelled as the senior director of operations Americas at Pentair Valves & Controls (now Emerson Final Control), based in Houston. Previously, he worked for Pentair, progressing from a global lean provider to a director of operations and senior director of operations, dating back to 2009.
Mr. Amezquita's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University. He also holds several certifications that have contributed to his professional accomplishments. He is recognized as a master of lean by the University of St. Thomas and he is also a Six Sigma green and black belt, and Shingo evaluator by the Shingo Institute. These academic achievements and credentials have equipped him with a strong foundation for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Mr. Amezquita is an active member of several industry organizations, including APICS, the American Society for Quality and the Shingo Institute. Recognition for contributions included serving as a keynote speaker at the National Congress for both the Shingo Institute and Lean Institute. He also led three large manufacturing sites receiving a Shingo Silver Medallion.
