NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI, August 20, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Theresa Marie Porcaro, vice president of growth and marketing for Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine, was selected by Marquis Who's Who for prominent placement in the New England Edition of The Wall Street Journal, published on August 18, 2026.

Ms. Porcaro has built her career at the intersection of growth, innovation and purpose, helping organizations scale while keeping people at the center of every strategy. Since 2025, she has served as the vice president of growth and marketing at Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM), where she leads the organization's national growth strategy, patient acquisition, brand development and digital transformation initiatives. Working alongside executive leadership, she has helped position PRM as one of the nation's leading patient-centered organizations specializing in pelvic pain care, expanding awareness of this specialized care and connecting more women to life-changing treatment for endometriosis and pelvic pain.

Ms. Porcaro joined PRM in 2022 as marketing director and quickly advanced through several leadership roles before being promoted to vice president. During her tenure, she has helped transform the organization's marketing strategy by integrating data-driven decision-making, lifecycle marketing, automation and emerging artificial intelligence technologies to create a more personalized patient experience. She believes the future of healthcare growth lies at the intersection of technology and human connection, where innovation makes it easier for patients to access the care they need while preserving empathy at every touchpoint.

Before joining PRM, Ms. Porcaro spent four years on the global marketing team at UiPath, where she contributed to marketing initiatives during the company's rapid international expansion. She also founded SpecialT Consulting in 2012, providing strategic marketing, branding and content development services to organizations across multiple industries for more than a decade. Earlier in her career, she held several marketing leadership roles at Upserve, developing expertise in content strategy, digital marketing and business growth.

A lifelong learner, Ms. Porcaro earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication, business administration and marketing, magna cum laude, from Bryant University in 2012. She has continued expanding her expertise through professional certifications in digital marketing, leadership and artificial intelligence, including programs through Google, HubSpot and Harvard Business Publishing Corporate, learning advanced coursework in artificial intelligence. She believes that maintaining a beginner's mindset is one of the greatest competitive advantages a leader can have in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.

Beyond her extensive leadership role, Ms. Porcaro is an advocate for women's health and chronic illness awareness. Drawing from her own experience living with endometriosis, she is the founder of (Un)Remarkable, a growing platform dedicated to empowering ambitious women to build meaningful careers and fulfilling lives alongside chronic illness. Through writing, speaking and advocacy, she encourages others to reject the idea of waiting for the "right time," and instead build the life they want anyway.

Ms. Porcaro remains actively involved with Bryant University as a member of the advisory council for the College of Arts and Sciences, a student mentor and a committee member of the Rhode Island Alumni Network. Her leadership has earned numerous recognitions, including Healthcare Marketing Leader of the Year, Most Influential People in Healthcare Marketing and one of The Silicon Review's Five Amazing Women Leaders to Watch in 2025. Looking ahead, she remains committed to advancing the future of healthcare growth through innovation while continuing to elevate conversations around women's health, leadership and resilience.
