Before establishing her own business, Ms. Zunjarwad excelled as a senior technical product manager at Starbucks Coffee Company in Seattle from 2021 to 2025. During her tenure, she was responsible for building and launching key features and products — including the workflow for order placements — all while ensuring consistent cloud infrastructure and mobile services.

From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Zunjarwad worked as a senior product manager at the tech start-up Element Analytics in San Francisco. Reporting directly to the founder and vice president of product, she played a pivotal role as the company's second product manager. Her efforts focused on helping the startup scale from Series A to Series B funding by acquiring new customers, onboarding them effectively and implementing impactful product marketing strategies.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Zunjarwad served a significant tenure at Microsoft from 2006 to 2019 across roles in Redmond, Washington, and Hyderabad, India. Initially joining the company as a senior software design engineer in test, she contributed to products such as Microsoft Office, Skype and Windows Live Hotmail for five years before transitioning into product management for an additional eight years. This shift allowed her to work more closely with customers and focus on the broader aspects of product development beyond software engineering, including go-to-market strategies for Microsoft Office on Android devices and support integrations for major external partners.

Ms. Zunjarwad began her professional path as a software design engineer at Varolii Corporation in the Greater Seattle Area from 2005 to 2006 after completing her graduate studies. She also gained valuable tool design experience as a research assistant while attending Old Dominion University from 2003 to 2005.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Zunjarwad earned a Master of Science in computer science from Old Dominion University in 2005 and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT) in 2002. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, she was certified in product management in 2020 and has completed LinkedIn courses spanning business plan creation, communication skills, data analytics and leadership foundations.
