NORTH VANCOUVER, BC, August 25, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Marks Roofing LTD replaced the roof on a house on St. Patricks Avenue in North Vancouver: 3,000 square feet, stripped down to the deck and rebuilt with CertainTeed Landmark architectural shingles.

The crew tore off the old roofing, replaced the plywood decking, and installed the new shingle system. On the coast, deck condition matters as much as the shingles on top – a soft or damaged deck won't hold fasteners properly no matter what's installed over it.
