She oversees all member-facing functions, executive programs, strategic initiatives, board readiness and governance-focused offerings, major events, international engagement efforts, and membership operations for a network of more than 850 senior executives, C-suite officers, and corporate board directors representing many of the world's Fortune 1000 and Global 500 companies.
In her role, Ms. Jordan is responsible for delivering a cohesive and differentiated experience across the organization's portfolio while advancing strategic priorities that strengthen member engagement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth. She partners closely with the executive leadership team to shape enterprise strategy, oversee operational planning, manage organizational budgets, and lead cross-functional initiatives that support ELC's mission and future expansion.
Since joining ELC in 2023, Ms. Jordan has played a pivotal role in transforming and scaling the organization's member services and engagement capabilities. Over the course of three years, she successfully professionalized the member services function, established operational frameworks that enhanced efficiency and consistency across departments, and developed programs that strengthened member engagement and retention.
Among her most notable accomplishments was the restoration and expansion of a highly sought-after corporate board program designed to educate and prepare senior executives for board service opportunities. Under her leadership, the program became a key driver of member engagement and organizational value creation, contributing to sustained participation growth and reinforcing ELC's position as a trusted resource for executive advancement and governance development.
Her leadership also resulted in the implementation of standardized operating models, event management processes, and organizational frameworks that improved service delivery and positioned the organization for future scale. These contributions led to her promotion to Chief Experience Officer in February 2026.
Prior to joining ELC, Ms. Jordan spent more than a decade with Deloitte Consulting, where she advised public and private sector organizations on operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, and business transformation. As a Senior Consultant and later Consulting Manager, she led complex initiatives across commercial and government sectors.
In 2019, she was appointed Chief of Staff for Greater Washington at Deloitte Consulting, where she supported one of the firm's largest regional businesses. In this capacity, she worked closely with senior leadership and managed relationships across a network of more than 16,000 professionals and 800 partners, principals and managing directors. She played a critical role in advancing organizational priorities, driving strategic initiatives, supporting executive decision-making, and fostering leadership alignment across a highly matrixed enterprise environment.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Jordan held roles at Dell Technologies and Access National Bank, experiences that helped shape her understanding of enterprise operations, procurement, financial services, and organizational performance. Her early exposure to multiple business functions sparked a lasting interest in understanding how organizations operate at scale and how leaders can create alignment across diverse stakeholders to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
Ms. Jordan earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Her educational foundation, combined with broad experience across consulting, financial services, technology, and nonprofit leadership, has enabled her to bring a unique cross-sector perspective to executive leadership challenges.
