Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Bohls has established herself as a highly skilled professional in project management and business data analysis, most recently serving as a project and program management senior consultant II at National General, an Allstate company, from 2024 to 2026. In this capacity, she demonstrated expertise in leading complex projects, overseeing the implementation of multifactor authentication for both external agencies and internal operations to ensure compliance with Department of Insurance regulations.

During her tenure, Ms. Bohls's leadership was instrumental in onboarding more than 2,000 agencies and over 5,000 individual users within six months, successfully integrating them into the system with secure credentials and multifactor authentication. Additionally, she spearheaded the migration of internal permissions from an outdated database to a streamlined grouping system, enabling employees to request specific roles and receive all necessary permissions efficiently. This initiative stabilized access across departments and improved operational consistency.

Another of Ms. Bohls's significant achievements during her time at National General was guiding the transition to API-based integration with third-party clients. This advancement allowed for the efficient import of client data, enhancing quote accuracy and providing superior information for insurance seekers. Ms. Bohls also played a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, team mentoring and training, process documentation and production support during outages. Her ability to lead teams through challenging projects, often completing them ahead of schedule, underscored her commitment to excellence and innovation.

In addition to her senior consultant role, Ms. Bohls served as a program management consultant at National General from 2022 to 2024. In this position, she continued to drive top-priority projects that enhanced system capabilities and supported business objectives. Ms. Bohls's rapid progression through the ranks, from consultant level I to consultant level II within six months, then to senior consultant level I and again to consultant level II, reflected her exceptional performance and dedication.

From 2015 to 2022, Ms. Bohls worked as a business data analyst at Solatech, a window-covering software company. She also excelled as an adviser and job fair coordinator assistant at her alma mater, Guilford Technical Community College, between 2015 and 2016. These credentials have equipped her with comprehensive technical knowledge that has directly contributed to her professional accomplishments.

Initially considering a career in law with an interest in computers and cybersecurity, Ms. Bohls recognized the growing importance of technology after graduating from the University of North Carolina. She pursued further education at Guilford Technical Community College to gain technical expertise and discovered a passion for the technical aspects of computing over legal practice.

Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Bohls has developed recognized expertise in leading projects, project testing and business analysis.
