SAINT AUGUSTINE, FL, August 25, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Greg St. Clair has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Throughout more than three decades, Mr. St. Clair has built a distinguished career centered on commercial leadership, organizational growth, strategic partnerships and creating lasting impact across healthcare, enterprise learning, financial services and education. Recognized for his ability to build trusted relationships, accelerate business growth and develop innovative strategies, he has consistently helped organizations strengthen performance while improving the lives of those they serve.

Among Mr. St. Clair's most notable accomplishments was his tenure with Johnson & Johnson's LifeScan diabetes franchise, where he served as regional manager for healthcare partnerships and market development from 2005 to 2013. Leading commercial initiatives across a five-state territory, he earned the company's highest performance calibration rating, a distinction awarded to only two associates in company history. His business practices were later implemented throughout the national sales organization, contributing to commercial excellence and helping shape market development strategies across one of the world's leading healthcare companies.

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Mr. St. Clair co-founded VisionPoint, where he served as managing partner for customer success, product strategy and enterprise learning from 1994 to 2005. Under his leadership, the company grew from a startup into a nationally recognized enterprise generating approximately $40 million to $80 million in annual revenue while serving Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and national organizations. Working alongside internationally respected thought leaders including Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, Zig Ziglar and Brian Tracy, he helped pioneer engaging learning experiences that transformed corporate training by blending education with entertainment to improve knowledge retention and organizational performance. Among numerous projects, he designed sexual harassment training for the U.S. Navy following the Tailhook scandal and directed hundreds of multimedia productions during the industry's transition from analog to digital technologies.

Building on his healthcare leadership experience, Mr. St. Clair founded RHEO Health, serving as president and director of business development and healthcare engagement initiatives from 2013 to 2015. Working collaboratively with hospitals, specialty practices, employers and healthcare providers, he developed innovative wellness and patient engagement programs designed to improve health outcomes while helping organizations expand community outreach. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth before being acquired by a larger organization.

Mr. St. Clair later joined Truist Bank as a dealer relationship manager, where he spent nearly a decade managing strategic partnerships with approximately 180 automotive dealerships. Through consultative relationship management, portfolio growth and business development, he helped strengthen one of the institution's regional dealer networks while consistently earning the trust of clients throughout his territory.

Since 2023, Mr. St. Clair has also served as an educator and coach with the St. Johns County School District, teaching English and supporting students with special needs. His work in education reflects the same leadership philosophy that has guided his professional career—helping individuals build confidence, develop new skills and realize their potential.

Mr. St. Clair earned a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media and Journalism from the University of Northern Iowa. He further expanded his leadership expertise through Johnson & Johnson's Management Development Program and professional development in customer success and value realization.

Deeply committed to community service, Mr. St. Clair has served on the board of directors for the Minnesota and Dakotas Chapter of Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF Minnesota and North Dakota Chapter). He has also volunteered extensively as a swim and track coach, mentor and diabetes camp volunteer, helping children develop the confidence and independence needed to manage their condition successfully.

Throughout his career, Mr. St. Clair has received numerous professional honors, including filmmaking editing awards during his tenure at VisionPoint and induction into Johnson & Johnson's President's Circle of Excellence. He attributes his success to the values of hard work, integrity and perseverance instilled during his Midwestern upbringing.

Looking ahead, Mr. St. Clair is focused on launching Best Friend Social Club, a community-centered initiative designed to address the growing epidemic of social isolation by transforming underutilized commercial properties into vibrant gathering places where people naturally connect through their shared love of dogs. His long-term vision is to build a nationwide community that strengthens neighborhoods, fosters meaningful human connection and demonstrates the lasting impact that innovative ideas and strong relationships can have on improving people's lives.
